His name is Lucky.. The ladies who first found him was eyewhiteness at the car accident who hit him and abandoned him by the side of the road.
The police will do the necessary..
We have Lucky unter our care and soon will be adopted as his first rescuers (the ladies) has already found adoption for him!

It should be a felony for cropping tails, ears and any other thing. They do this without anesthesia. It's simply cruel torture and it should be a serious crime all around the world.

If there is any laws to protect animals in this country, I doubt they're ever enforced.
Fairly sure even in Bulgaria or whatever country this is, it's illegal. In most western countries, you'd get years in jail for this, at least where I'm from. The issue in more developing countries is a culture where stray dogs are seen a nuisance and therefore there's a higher chance of this cruel stuff happening, and possibly not enforced in any meaningful way.
Michael Bananas they're in Greece and I wouldnt say most western countries, in Europe it's either banned or restricted but in place like the US and Canada ear and tail cropping are 100% legal :(

The humans who torture, mutilate and abuse animals like this are absolute pure Evil, they are Monsters. I'm not a violent person but I wouldn't be able to control myself in situations like this, it's absolutely sickening and gut-wrenching to witness such acts of pure cruelty. Thank God this little sweetheart is with you now, I pray he recovers both physically and mentally. I hope your wonderful shelter is also recovering, even if it's just slowly but surely, you are incredibly important. How on earth could someone mutilate his ears and abandon this baby to the streets I don't comprehend! Some humans are soulless pieces of garbage. This puppy has a face to love. The way he looks at Ermioni at 2:08 melts my heart. Please someone adopt him quickly because he's so sweet, very affectionate and deserves a loving family. Yes, indeed he has seen the worst part of us, humans but, fortunately also the best and even when his eyes showed fear they also showed confidence. He could feel those hands upon him and those voices around were kind and gentle and not aggressive and angry as before. I am sure he will find a lovely family soon!

Often when people cut ears of dogs, they would have wanted it for a bait dog for dog fighting.

Bowed and twisted front legs. Looks like Elbow dysplasia, it occurs when the point of the elbow and muscular structure do not develop normal.
X-ray would show that.
