Another home run, I can’t wait to give it a go! As always, thank you for sharing your builds! Without them, gt7 would’ve lost it’s luster long ago! Frank.
You weren’t kidding when you said this is a fun one! I’m pulling an all nighter with this sweet classic! Thank you again for sharing your builds… but most importantly, the time and effort into dialing in all of these cars for specific tracks! And not to forget, the trial and error process into achieving an advantage over the rest of the field! Frank.
The Pantera imo is one of the best handling classic cars in GT7. I said when I first bought it that being that it was originally powered by a small block Ford it should take the Coyote so I'm happy they eventually had the same idea. And your totally right that the GTS widebody is super legit looking.
Unfortunately I never got mustang coyote engine in the cafe menu glitch, since let's be honest, that's how most people got all these engines. lol But this tune is good for Pantera fully upgraded, even if you don't have the coyote engine. I never bothered with this car, I figured it'd just be a old tail happy Italian car spin fest, but with your tune it's really fun to drive and push to it's limits
Is there anywhere we can get a full list....a complete full list of engine swaps currently available because I did the Ford Focus which not many people know about
For that big of a variance it’s likely a wrong part or two. Check your tires aren’t racing mediums or softs, you’re using a manual transmission (not racing), a one-way LSD (not fully customized), and finally check your downforce (custom spoiler with a wide body kit installed). The only other thing I can think of would be you have other permanent upgrades installed on the right side of the tuning sheet. Let me know. Can send me screenshots in discord as well if you want and I’ll be able to see your tune.
My all time favorite car to drive in this game
Amazing car even without the swap.
I have a 71 De Tomaso Pantera with a 5.0L Coyote V8 swap in it and man its a freakn beast.
Im doing a 71 with a 5.2 aluminator right now , im excited to see how she moves !
@charlesmorreale1852 I bet that 71 Pantera would move like a skull of dog with that 5.2L Aluminator crate engine.
**Updated for 1.34** Tune got better with the update.
ECU Output 99%
Power Restrictor 95%
Front Downforce 90
Rear Downforce 198
👍

Thanks for the great video
I just found a new engine swap for the Corvette Stingray hardtop 69 plate you can get this engine swap up to 1000 horsepower
Yup I’m hoping I get get another engine soon! The softop swap I’ve got a tune for. It’s pretty solid once you get the back end under control.

GTPlanet
GTPlanet for sure. But I’ve also updated the list on my engine swap guide, check out the pinned comments. The new ones are added as well.
Same here mate

One I missed.....ima try it out
I'm waiting to buy a second Pantera to make a engine change; I don't want to throw my other engine upgrades in the garbage.
Yeah I did this on my only Pantera. It's alright, but I would have preferred to have an "extra"!
