  • Aim is to workout at your 75%+ level for 20s on, & just 10s to recover, then go again.. 8x on each exercise.
    Sprints
    Slope burpees
    Run up the slope lay flat, up, back, repeat
    Backward slope runs
    Sloped sky divers
    Slope half sits
    Longer sprints
    Mix 2 sets half sits, 2 sets sky divers both beating previous scores.
    A full on demanding workout that pushes you to keeping up a highly demanding ( targets) set of exercises.
    Focuses on forcibly exhaling so as to get more air back in
