my attempt at the T-1000 having not done it in about a year..
Failed my own test 🙃
Having done this regularly last year, but as I've been doing weights more , i failed to maintain the high standard it demands . Aim is to keep a time spread of no more than 20s from your 1st lap ..only take 1 minute rest between and hopefully score 5 similar times for each lap.
However,..as this is so intense and needs a high endurance too, by neglecting doing this at least once a fortnight, my high intensity endurance levels have obviously dropped off 😳
so this is a kick up the arse to get back doing this kind of routine again.
still..not too bad bu...

1st days run to explore the clifftop route to the next village . has some stunning scenery (and killer hills ) Found this place, Puerto del Carmen to be the ideal winter months escape to get fitter. lots of hike routes about too.. you can't beat a run in the sun with the sea and fresh air too

Great video Billy! Day 1 of exercise for me since we had our last class last year. I did girl sit ups but followed this as a red bib and found it easy with you counting for me! Highlight was seeing you tutting and eye rolling like we do when you fix our cards when you stand and teach!

Before anyone wishes to point it out, Yes i do have a bit of a belly on this one :o I suffer a lot from bloating which pushes out in my stomach area... and i could do with losing a few lbs now too. But im happy in myself , im 52 and fitter than most 22 year olds, even kids too which is sad as kids can be put off exercising so young from doing 'forced PE' ... Keep watching as i aim to fix this too. (and stop eating chocolate so damn much... ;) )

Alright mate, great video...was just wondering how hard this is? My cardio isn't great and my main form of exercise is weight training...I'm interested in doing this so I know I need to get my cardio up to a decent level but how fit do you need to be?
