Thanks for the video! I'm curious to know, for the overhead band pull, would you recommend loading heavier weights? Could you give an example of your actual training weight (like lbs of the band) that way we can get a clearer idea if this is more of a stabilization exercise and aim for higher reps or a strength exercise and aim for a smaller rep range 🤔 that band weight definitely looked too easy for Viktor hahaha!

I don’t think a band has different weight?? if you want to make it harder you can make the distance of the band between two people shorter to make it stretch harder. Again I’m not sure and I maybe wrong but these exercises look like warm-ups since it focuses on stability
It's for the stability (of the core). However, you can try bands with different resistance.

For better outlook, and also balancing, I'm guest.
If you only train 1 side of your body and neglect the other it will lead to instability, injury and possible even scoliosis

Would love to know the reasoning as to including the kettlebell deadlift rather than a conventional or trap bar deadlift. If somebody can pull 5x5 deadlifts at 1.5x bodyweight should they even bother using kettlebells or just still to their heavy conventional or trapbar deadlifts?
