This won't help. You got to practice a lot. I am doing most of it still can't make a good smash shot and play with speed and strength.
It is help actually, after doing this workout you need go to drills for smashing. If you under any badminton club, after this session they will doing the drills. Trust me, i have been there.😃
Gym can do magic in sports like badminton if your basics are good.. gym can take your 80 to 100 but you have reach 80[level] first
