Today we will be going through a basic exercise for building a strong single defence. Lian 张教练 is the awesome feeder and he will mix it up with both smashes and drops.

Unfortunately, I can't do these moves in this manner, because I'm not tall enough.
My next question would have been, how have you adapted these moves for yourself, if you are not *at least* 6ft tall (like Axelsen appears to be).

@1Flyingfist You don’t need to be 6 ft tall to play well, look at people like lee Chong Wei, he was not 6ft tall, and he remains a legend

Victor please do video about hand grip. How to avoid hitting the frame of the racket and please share some knowledge about timing of impact, focus (sometimes mishits happen occasionally) and sweetspot of racket.
