At 2:40 that is quite possibly one of the coolest animations I have seen yet - the split shuttle. Awesome work and thank you yet again for such an incredible video!

I'm glad to see how the body movement looks exactly the same in both cases including the footwork.
This can only be attain by national and top pros players.

The combined shot at 2:40 is amazing, not only does it show the shuttle landing speed, it also helps me imagine the area I should pay attention to defense. Awesome work!

Thank you, Greg & Jenny for creating this content! Although I usually play doubles, it's definitely good to learn proper skills for the singles game. It actually took me awhile to figure that my position when I serve in singles is too close to the net (which is not a problem when you're playing doubles).

Good red line throughout the video. - 2 Tips that Can be added: (also things being in badminton Denmarks guide) - 1. in your split step, TRY! to make your feet land broader than your shoulders in with, or at least as broad. 2. Racket arm must be "free" from body, depending on the situation on the side, infront or inbetween (as you mentioned). Once again great video. Hopefully i'll see you at the world cup in copenhagen!
    - Cheers!

Thanks so much for this video. I played from 7 - 12 and then resumed at over 50. But still love to play singles! Often I feel hypnotized at good drops by opponents. And I barely moved and the shuttle is in the ground! However at other times I move quite well. I always thought I am doing split step a tad late or not doing at all. Now I know I was indeed late in doing the split step. I guess it is better to do split step earlier than recommended than not do at all! Thanks for your contribution to the world badminton community!

A tip is, do your exercises at home. For example do running on your own at a low speed for over 30mins without rest.(depend with our ability) Always try not to stop as much as possible. Don't run fast which will make you tired so quickly and discourage you to run anymore. This made my focus into the game more better. I think we better do running 2 times per week mins or 3 times max!🤭🤭

But then in your other videos, u advice us to not hit clears but rather smashes and drops.
My question is , do we only play smashed and drops in badminton’s doubles and only hit clears when off balance or do we mix it up all the time with clears
