3 EXERCISES TO IMPROVE YOUR LEG STRENGHT AT HOME - VACADEMY #12

Hey guys!
We are back with another video here on my channel.
Today we are focusing on the leg strength and I'm going to show you some of the exercises I do here at home! Remember, if you dont't have a kettlebell like I do here, you can always use a backpack or something else.. Or even do this without weights!

Hi victor I got a injury in my petala bone after five months I got recovery but how can I strengthen my knee & pls give me ur total warm up & flexibility sessions cause I love to play Batmitton after my injury. U should also add yoga why cause Kareem Abdul Jabbar and leborn James doing the yoga it’s benefits is flexibility , mobility and calmness. I also play volleyball competition higher level. I also do gym but yoga Asan stretch and pranayama helps my whole body mentally spiritual evolves
