Cutting tape on clear parts gives me the cringe... No matter how sharp the blade. I have always just used a pencil to burnish and trace the edges. Once the outline is done, I pull the tape off, trim and its all neatly cut and have not added any undue scratches to the windows..
I'm glad your eyesight is good enough to see the minute marks made by the blade on the clear parts :)
@@KABModels A magnifying headset does wonders. And in 40 years of modeling no matter how light the cut is, it never seems to work out. Plus I get better results around curves than cutting on the window itself.
