    I wasn’t expecting to feel the burn! Is this routine good for diastasis recti? I followed your prenatal routine, now I’m ready for the postnatal routine! Lol

      THEONLYGOLDENGEM hi there! I’m glad you are getting back into practice. The core practices I’ve included here are not suitable for more advanced diastasis recti - please check with your physiotherapist or doctor. You could continue working with the prenatal core strength class - that would be great for it. P 🙏😊
