I haven't even used Fire Staff much until I saw this video a few days ago. I had my harvesting set on to grind it out and noticed I had intelligence on everything so decided to meme it up. This absolutely is hilarious and enjoyable between picking flowers.

19:09 I would also say this build is a good accessibility option for people with carpal tunnel (like myself) or some other physical limitation that causes intensive mechanics to be quickly tiring.
This will work but as a note there isnt a need to use the potions either, as you can use the void guantlet to regen your mana only takes 3seconds to regen your mana.
I use a flamethrower build with ls. 150 focus, 200 int, 70 cons (100+ with food). Basically you can put ur hots on, fireball and flamethrower. It works but its so mana intensive, youll be chuggin mana pots like your life depends on it (hint: it does). GG!

Flamethrower definitely has a place in PvP/OPR. I've used it a lot since the update and personally the best build I've found (that really showcases the effectiveness) is a full int Musket-FireStaff; you pepper everyone from afar with Musket, if someone gets close to you, block them off with Traps before switching to Firestaff < if they step on it you can deal around 2.5k to full kill with Flamethrower, if they can go around it you get free damage and play the chair game until Traps despawn. Dont use the Flamethrower offensively, but instead as defence, a rushing melee player will die in 5 seconds, compared to the one running away that will escape in half. (Honorable mention: Duo with Ice gauntlet and use Ice Shower on doors for the best combo value)
@@Chris____. Honestly, not bad but fire staff void gauntlet (burnout, fireball, incinerate| void blade, petrifying scream, oblivion) is destroying right now, rather stick with that one
Question on the voidgauntlet - Does oblivion Empower and damage work when you have no INT or FOC? Same question for Essence Rupture. Can I use Void gauntlet as a debuff tool with lets say a great axe or hatchet build and get the same results in terms of buffs/debuffs?
to be honest i dont really care if this build is easy or hard to use. I just wanted a Firestaff or icegauntlet meta build. And nobody is uploading anything for quite some time, so im actually glad someone released an endgame high dps Pve firestaff build. i feel like firestaff and icegauntlet aka intelligence weapons are quite unpopular or worse then the other stuff since the void gauntlet patch. everyone is hyped about rapier / spear / bow cause of all the changes / buffs. So thanks for the build. its a good guide.
so for rings you said crit and firedmg but when i check firedmg and Keen Awareness on auction house search it says you cant choose both, what perk you mean with crit and fire dmg?
Thanks for in-depth videos. Hoping you can do a beginner series. I’m new and feel lost on a build. I’m mainly interested in PVE only but not sure what’s a good all around build for leveling.
@@LemoniGames yes something like that. Leveling I’m sure is totally different than end game. Something that helps people get to level 60 without feeling like they’re constantly getting their ass locked 😊
I think I might modify this a little bit. Burnout is only really good if you get all the talents in it so it has longer travel. For an everyday build I would maybe move the last point of flamethrower and and the fortify on burn into maxing out burnout. Will try both though!

Brother great Job. I got meteor trail crafted a few days ago and was literally looking using flamethrower with fireball and incinerate bc of meteor trail or flame dash ability. Pillar though they said buffed without the double hit doesn't feel right
@@LemoniGames also I posted in in forums a few days ago about the regular burn tick ticking based on number of stacks on some elite mobs in eternal pools and when you crit that burn is a seperate tick but includes in your normal 10 stack qish it was seperate like the fireball burn was
Seems fun, but this build is near impossible to lvl with. Seems like something to do once you reach 60 another way. If they gave the ability grit it would be viable. It's just everything has staggering attacks.
How much are mana potions? If its not a lot your build might be good but i think piller of fier with the mana perk would be better than fier ball as it cant crit now. Incinerate with heal and the mana regen 600% insted of the 30% damage rune. On the shadow gauntlet i would get orb of decay and the second perk down for the mana regen and heal.
Yooo you doung great job, very easy to listen and comfy looking. I think you can achieve bigger things. Get Famous, Rich and Blessed by Celestial Internet.
@@cbjewelz yeah I mean any class can get stun locked with 3 ga or hammer users, but this build is insane in 1v1 and 1v2. U can easily beat GA and hammer with 8 onyx and resilient

I'm not sure what's going on but my Flamethrower keeps cutting of after 1 second on, even when i'm not hit... Annoying as hell.
I'll try it. In a pure PvE spec it's so simple to melt stuff when it works. Also wearing heavy lol

Woa this is kind of genius XD Up to this point I tough flamethrower was a total waste, even with the recent buffs.
Should mention that flamethrower works like melee weapons where when u hit a mob in the back it auto crits so u want to always be behind a mob :3

what about using the hp->mana conversion on VG to keep your hp below 50% in PvE for thst extra damage in pyro? Great vid btw ^_^

Same Comrade! I've been playing around a bit with the Firestaff and this is the highest dps output build I've tried.

@@bavarianwolf3806 If you already have crit in your staff, get firedamage in the ring. If not, get crit in the ring.
does the fireball 30 % stack? So if you have it on 5 peaces its 150 %?

for some reason i often miss my pillar of fire while i'm sure it should register

I run this in opr with with heavy armor and run people down while taking no damage, it’s pretty fun
