    I love this video and already practise most of it. Doing some sports and having one hour in the morning (yes mostly at 5 or even earlier) just being present with our son is very crucial. I also notice that I tend to tense my jaw muscles a lot since I am a mum, and whenever I notice that, I try to relax that area and take deep breaths.
    I would like to add to consciously look at the miracle of your child 😊 look at your sleeping or playing or crying child, and realise what a wonder it is that this little being was once in your belly.

      ohhh yes love this!! I also notice my forehead is tensed up a lot too. That's a great tip to bring some awareness to the spaces you might be tightening and to be present and in the moment with your little one 💛 thank you so much for sharing this great insight!

    Good content, also just being outdoors, walking is good for the mind and children love it as well
