@@idreamindarknessandsleepto1475 I'm sure you will find someone there's someone for every one if you keep saying no one will love you then that's what's gonna happen start focusing on the positive and not the negative I hope you have an amazing day or night ☺
@@idreamindarknessandsleepto1475 1-love can come in many ways,it doesn't have to be just romantic, the love of a pet,a friend,a familiar or even someone you just care for.
2-if you don't have any specific interests you're very passionate about doesn't mean you can't start to try, even if it's a small hobby, your still able to try new different things, even the calm fulfilling feeling of the fresh air along a walk by a park can be that thing you enjoy.
3-why not start to hoping now? Being careless doesn't stop you from starting, trying, and putting effort on it,but your motivation on maybe finding something to do while going on and on could eventually get you to hope,as long as your dreams are realistic, there's no reason to not do so,try finding a motivation in them
@@idreamindarknessandsleepto1475 u say all of these negative things but in the same time u have many comments in such a positive channels and such positive subs, u struggle but ur tryin to help urself cuz deep down u actually love it n here ur " someone to love" and a smthn to do is Is working on that someone u live, and what u hope for Is something that shall be personal to u that i for sure dont know but u know u rly hope for things, but what i hope for u Is to finally realize that all of this will one day be just a phase, when u finally Open ur mind and understand things in a deeper way. try meditating as a start to wisdom n self love

"Go with the flow"
Damn I kinda wished I could
I subconsciously achieve that by giving up on my dreams haha. Basically I realized I am not going to achieve things I want, given up and fell into a dark hole. Then I started feeling grateful for what I do have even if I didn't strive to achieve them. Slowly I realized I am more relaxed and content with life because I basically achieve my goal - personal happiness. Of course jealousy still arise now and then and it doesn't mean I completely given up on my dreams, but I begin to enjoy the journey and don't care about the outcome.. hence going with the flow

I feel like a few of the points including stuff like "go with the flow" would be harder for most folks watching this video to follow. very vague. I made a video on my channel on how to get happy slowly & stay that way by removing certain habits in your life. actionable steps only. if you got some value from this video, you'll love that.
If I had the voice of Amanda Silvera, I would talk to myself to make me feel happy.
The background music is sooo refreshing and energizing!
Thanks Akash for the feedback!
YES! And the animation🤌❤️
I'm learning to talk to people and make friends, 2 things i've been struggling with the past couple years. All my friends think i'm dumb and don't talk to me, i've lost some good friends over the past 2 years. I've been emotionally burnt out this summer from lack of conversations and having no drive to do anything anymore.
I've been struggling to find out what i like after keeping to myself for so long, i've been relearning who i am and what i like.
One of my friends in the UK went into a coma a couple weeks ago after she faked her death, i've been trying to get in contact with her over discord when she wakes up.
I'm surprised that summer vacation hasn't killed my spirits yet. Idk, there's still August and then i start the 10th grade.
Thanks for letting me share my pain and sadness that's been summer vacation 2021
Don't worry you are not alone❤
yeah im so sorry youre having a rough time ❤️ my summers been pretty shitty too, theres a bunch of family issues, and covid has me feeling kind of alone, and i think i mightve developed some kind of social anxiety or something? i was friends with a few kids but this year i realized how crappy they are (ones homophobic, no thank you) and were not really friends anymore. now im left with one friend and im scared of school starting because ill barely know anybody which will not be fun as an introvert and agggggggg sorry i went on kind of a rant there but just know youre not alone and youll get through this eventually ❤️ therell be good things in the future and just try to look on the bright side of things
I'm so sorry for what you're going through right now. And I know how it feels to not being able to talk to your friend or know something about how are they doing. Most of my friends are on discord too and my in real life friends... well I don't really talk to them much.
So yeak I kinda get what you're feeling and well remember you're not alone.
I have been friendless for 5 years, I still feels sad and insecured about it, but it OK. Maybe someday we will meet and became friends :)

I feel like sleeping 7-8 hours a night has helped me lot. I lost my habit of getting enough sleep a couple of months ago and i felt so much more anxious and stressed. I tried sleeping 8 hours a night for a week now and i feel more relaxed and less anxious already! And i feel like i have energy to take on the work i need to do and the hobbies i like to do!

@@sunulama4678 I don't have problems with falling asleep, but only with taking the time to sleep 7-8 hours. So for me it is more just trying taking the time to sleep instead of trying to sleep.

Yh me too 😊😊
Thanks for sharing Chase. It's nice to have family and friends you can spend time with and be happy. We hope you can continue doing that more in the near future.
One habit I would like to have is a nature walk because while walking in the city is nice and all sometimes it's better to get away into the wilderness of a park
I love walking. Even in a park... Abit crowded but whatever. Walking I get to clear my mind, talk/console myself and because I am a creative person, I use it as a place to brainstorm creative ideas or really just fantasize some creative scenarios while I'm walking with the perfect background music to accompany my fantasies (nothing dirty)

I absolutely loved this video ❤ I will add 2 things. 1- Try to be more in touch with your loved ones... 2- Try to spend quality time with your dogs/cats even if it's a short walk or a short time of cuddling, giving love to animals also makes us happy. ❤
I love your animal one.👍❤🐾🐶
I totally agree, at 68 I am so grateful I practice all of the above
I just spontaneously started stretching when I put this video on. I have been trying SO hard recently to climb out of a really big depression. I am 4 days on going for a walk each morning before looking at social media. This really helped to reaffirm that what I am doing can and will last as long as I put in the effort. Depression is no joke. Thank you. I can’t wait to be more active like I used to be and just be healthier in general.
Great job!
How are you now??
@@indiekaye2625 I’m going to be honest. Depression doesn’t just go away. Some days are better than others. Some weeks and months are better than others. But when I put in deliberate effort like I said in the original comment, it truly does help. I’m on another upswing after a particularly difficult month but I feel better than I did 10 months ago in the same position. Things can improve. It just takes time.
i’m so proud of you. you inspired me
This Chanel helps me a lot! Your voice is soo calming Keep up the good work!! Thanks for the tips
So glad to hear! Have you seen our face reveal?
I needed to hear this today! Thank you!
Happy to see! Let us know if you find it helpful!
@@Psych2go It is truly helpful!
I do all 9 & agree that walking within nature helps with enjoying the peacefulness of the hustle/bustle of life/people/society. I go to local parks/hiking trails quite often & this definitely helps with my major depression, anxiety, etc, of everyday life. Thank you for this video. 😊
I started remote camping about 5 months ago, and I am so glad I found this hobby. The same as you, it does wonders for me and my mental state. Hearing birds, seeing deer, sitting by a calm lake or a gently-flowing river, it's a balm for my soul. The severe loneliness, depression, and anxiety I have to live with somehow have no power over me when I am out in the back woods. I wish I could do it every day. ☺️
Oooo. This title is perfect for what I need rn. Thank you. 👍
Thanks for the video. I do many of these things. I would say overall I’m a pretty happy person. I wake up, pray, gratitude, meditate. Exercise, then listen to positive affirmations and motivational videos before work. Although work can be stressful, I do not allow it to take over my day. I take short breaks, take a walk, get some quiet time. At the end of the day, I think about the wonderful things that happened throughout my day. There is always something to be grateful for.
Spot on! The more you exercise the more happy you become.
The animation style in this is everything! Literally my anxiety was racing a little bit & the music was so calming! Honestly proud of this channel right now,you guys are doing great things🧡
I really appreciate that everyday i can wake up healthily, can do what i want and choose what i want to do 😌🙏🏻. This is already a blessing!
Recently, I have been adviced by someone to minimise the planning of doing everything in advance and just "go with the flow", this really makes me a lot happier and reduce my anxiety (which i had at times).
I really needed this rn thank you. Just 3 days ago I got my heart broken by a guy I thought felt the same. He made me happy and he was the reason why I actually smiled and he said I did the same for him.

thank you for your calm music and a soft voice. I recently feel bad about myself out of thin air and I'm so inconfident about my self image. Your video shows up and reminds me of things I know (but sometimes forgot during my grow up journey) I can do to make my little day better.
First practicing it by giving grateful comment with your video.
I literally had a meltdown because of my anxiety, I NEEDED this. Thank you.
I guarantee that all these habits actaully work. I have always been a happy go lucky person, but stuff happened and a few years ago, I wasnt in the best mental state. But these habits, gratitude and all the other ones changed me so much for the better. I am always happy and optimistic now, I am a better person in general with an improved personality and life just kept getting more magical with each passing day.
Make a journal people, write down affirmations and gratitude. Write your feelings.

Today I am in a state of mind that this comment really helped me. It gave me hope and understanding that If I stick with a few good habits, over time it will improve the quality of my life. Thank you for sharing!
@@shidehhafezi6826 i am glad it helped someone. Also your reply was my reminder to watch this video again lol. Since quite few days I was not following through.
Yk just some advice on this journey of healing and growth you would falter and fail many times. It is a spiral.
A new you is a guaranteed but the ghost of old you would haunt somedays. What I mean is sometimes you will go off track.
While somedays you will have a heart of gratitude and hands full of glitter some other days you may feel angry, sad or uncertain. It is normal. We are all humans.
The key to consistency is not always being on track it is getting back on track every time you go off.
I suggest keep a diary.
Believe in yourself or maybe a higher power according to your faith. It easies so many worries when you know that things can be taken care of.
The positivity and those cliche quotes can sound so cringe and maybe to some extent be toxic. But sometimes they will give you hope because a base of them is true. 💗💟💖💗💝 we cant be love and light all the time but i wish you all the best
Thank you for these new habits I should really do. One I'm really proud to say I do is the nature part, I love visiting the mountains an climbing all around them every weekend. Makes the end of the week worth it
Just watching this video reminds you of the times you have already done this things, inspires you to try them out again, and the mere thought of them immediately cheers you up again!
I loved your video. I treasure special moments like a morning cup of coffee with my two dogs beside me. I have been through so much of feeling low that I needed to do stuff that lifted my mood. I exercise pretty regularly, and it did help. However, I found that painting really helped to lift my mood. Another one was visiting someone unwell or having some time with another who is feeling down. It helps when I can help someone else too. I will practice gratitude as it is not intrinsic to me. I am influenced by the world's chaos, which pulls me down.
I practice most of these.
This video was more like a recap to me, and I genuinely feel so good. ✨
This is a RUclips channel I'm never letting go of. Y'all always helping me grow and understand myself. I overcame so many negative habits because of you guys. ❤❤❤I appreciate you guys💜💜🌈

So hard to be negative when we're grateful 💖 100% on getting enough rest and moving our bodies a bit! 👌🔥 Great reminders and tips!
Even tho I have anxieties (and had a lot of stress during a pretty long while, that I am trying to recover from rn) for years I have been considering myself as a happy person. Funnily enough it turns oit that I have almost all of these habits, just not always have time to do all of them (like exercise 😅). I hope it may be a proof to all of those who doubt does it work. Don't hesitate to try some of them! Especially I recommend appreciating nature, even if it's little flower which was strong enough to grow next to a sidewalk, or singing birds greeting you on a way to work/school 🐦🌱

I really needed this video today. Thank you for these videos. They really help both me and thousands and millions of other people.
I’ve been depressed all my life. So very sad. Too much abuse in my past. Thanks for posting this
Nice video. One more suggestion. **Be careful what you feed your mind. Avoid comparing yourself with others, reduce watching negative social media and avoid constipation as it affects the mind instantly. Your breathing is closely related to the brain [mind] and gives relief from stress-anxiety. For a relaxed mind observe the sensations of your incoming--outgoing breath at the entrance of the nostrils for 10-15-20 minutes or more. You can sit or lay down anywhere-anytime. No deep breathing. Don’t fight your thoughts. With practice the mind will relax. Keep a reminder to observe your breath sensations throughout the day and night before sleep, when travelling, at work, at home etc with eyes open or closed. One more tip is to sit on a chair without moving, be still and observe your breath for a few minutes. Stillness reduces thoughts and brings quick relief. Like me make this a lifetime habit to have a better life. Best wishes--Counsellor. **
Thank you
I’ve recently been trying to start practicing gratitude and writing a gratitude journal, but I feel like the emotions of being grateful for what you have are sometimes triggering a wave guilt for having mental health issues despite everything that you have. Like, when I go through everything that I’m grateful for, there’s a voice in my head saying “yeah you have all that, and even that is not enough to keep you happy?” And I end up feeling worse.
Has anyone had similar experiences? How did you figure it out?
I try to remind myself those things aren’t responsible for my happiness. It’s a negative narrative likely instilled by a parent. I say this because my mother would always tell me to “be thankful I’m not a starving sick baby in Africa” when I would express sadness or discontent. Our experience may not be as terrible or traumatic as others but our feelings are still valid.
feel happy inside, fake it for awhile, then it will become you. Be aware of other peoples opinions/hate/whatever, but just remember the way you feel 100% of the time is your choice. Focus on the good and forget about the past bad experiences.
I guess that's just the voice in your head trying to beat you up. You don't have to listen. Don't beat yourself up. It's OK to give yourself a break and treat yourself like a friend. A really good book is Linda Field's 60 tips for Self Esteem.
Some time all your efforts gone waste, but only" hope"
And believe in yourself ,your abilities, your passion and stay positive, every trouble make us stronger
So next month is my birthday
And I was diagnosed with depression
So,to get my motivation I asked my dad for a camera

And I always though it would be so satisfying to just take one beautiful photo

I am at the point in my life where this is the first time Im able to tick off all the boxes of a checklist about happiness. Im so grateful for my peace of mind right now. Simce I got to this place I swear Im. Not going back to my old mentality. If youre wondering what happened to me, nothing much really. Yes, nowadays I often feel stressed, feel low and even have disturbed sleep...This is mainly because of studies.
Pandemic added to this misery...I don't know if I am the only one who is feeling extremely stressed, anxious and just sad.

I just wanted to share how I am feeling.
This is honestly one of my favorite videos in the channel and I love this channel
