But avoiding screentime is somewhat hard these days since you need RUclips or other sources to learn something, so if I need to study some languages, I might need to watch some videos or even use some apps, and when I have a business the I'll need to have extra time in front of my tablet, and even talking or olaying with my friends, so I might only have about 7 hours away from screentime but I think that this isn't enough...
The music advice is true. You don't necessarily need to play an instrument, but if I listen to some instrumental background music or jazz, my focus spikes in 2 mins max. I become so productive its crazy!
You can with any music, subconsciously or not with the intent, or letting it play in the background helps focus more because it helps when you get distracted

I was lucky enough a very long time ago to land a job in a large teaching hospital. I was always interacting with people who were intelligent and highly skilled. I had to learn a lot just to do my job well but more than that I learned extra. I learned things that were beyond anything I needed to know. And I learned about the people I learned from. There is no doubt in my mind that I’m a lot smarter now than I ever would have been without that experience. I enjoy reading outside my field and I learn something new every day.

Your explanation of the benefits of physical activity is so convincing! I’m considering developing an online workout program suitable for all ages-would love to exchange ideas with you someday
It's not really easy to keep asking questions when people get annoyed from them and then most make fun of you for asking too many of them. They make you feel down and most teachers in schools unfortunately are like that, resulting in low self confidence and not being able to be as creative.
Do you think teachers and friends are the only source to information? Of course not! Just write down those questions and doubts in your rough block and check the answers on the internet. This will give you inner satisfaction and will soar your curiosity to know more. Just give it a try. All the best 👍
yeah, unfortunately this is true. ik it's not easy, but try to surround yourself with teachers and peers who are okay with asking questions. also, people u talk to aren't the only 'source of info'. you can ponder these questions js in your mind, or you can search up the answers online/look through books and other sources. hope this helps.

Nutrition should be added to the list. Even if you are naturally intelligent, having deficiencies in certain vitamins or minerals can stifle or decline your intelligence. Eating the right foods daily is essential.

I really like the content of this short clip. It precisely points out what happens to our phone life every day and provides a dozen of what we can do for intellectual improvement. I love the 2-page reading the most. It sounds easy and sounds like something I can start immediately and effortlessly. It makes sense that if anybody wants to get smarter, he must learn how to read well. It surprises me the top tip is meditation, not reading. I can see how meditation can actually be so important in training the patience, calmness, focus, and health. It stops the constant thought and secures the deep breath. It clears the busy mind and focuses on the present moments. It coalesces body with mind and nourishes the best gift - the now. This is a wonderful practice as I enlist some beneficial aspects of medication. Zero dollars but worth gold! ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
We need to know how to do step by step. When you can't found in the book if you need something.Sometime you can found easy in youtube what you want to learn. But you don't need to use socialmedia for everytime.
Many times, videos are the best way to learn something. They literally use RUclips videos in college instead of lectures. A visual is better than just someone explaining something verbally. I have learned a lot in RUclips videos it's just a matter of what kind of videos and who sponsored or wrote it... you just watch the wrong videos, which is why you are here... to increase your IQ (hopefully).
How do we get started on doing journaling and what do we write when we are journaling. I have been hearing this amazing advice but I don't know how to implement it properly can someone tell me please. Thank you !
It starts as an interpersonal perspective where you write on the goals you want to achieve, the current state that you are in which you want to improve on such as being more intelligent than before. You journal your journey applying these factors by then state the effects, and if there is improvement. Your journal is your very own story that yourself that can ponder and reflect the day to day essence of your own life. Just start, and you'll reach new heights.
1) meditation 2) high exposure method - aquire knowledge daily even less or more read current affairs or anything that helps in growth and inspires you and helps you become more produtive. 3) make your neurons powerfull - physical exercise. - move your body - walk at 5 am 4) the illusion of knowledge - simply asking things questioning things can make you more smarter 5) Einstein's principle of learning - explain thing after learning it. 6) intelligence is contagious - surround yourself with good people. - feel challenged to learn new things 7) the power of reflective writing - journal. 8) re invent your distractions - substitute your bad habit with a good one for ex when your watching phone wasting time instead watch a good video it will help you least. 9)activate your musical brain - listen good music or learn instrument. 10) bite sized reading 11) outsmart your device - lessen your screen time will make you more focused. 12) unlock your imagination - become creative
Some of these habits are really useful, but I feel like it's easier said than done. Sure, meditating and reducing screen time sounds great, but in a world where we're constantly connected it's tough to make these changes stick. I do like the idea of surrounding yourself with smart people and being more curious those feel more doable. But honestly it feels overwhelming to try and implement all of this at once. Baby steps, I guess!
You're smart if: You meditate and are not afraid to talk to yourself. You read productive material and talk to inspiring people. You exercise, question everything, ask and answer simply, surround yourself with smart people, journal about your life, don't do mindless things, play an instrument, read a book, stay off the internet, paint, write, and did I say read?
Whoever is reading this, I pray that whatever you’re going through gets better and whatever you’re battling with makes your situation better as you’re continuing to be a better person each day. I have faith that you’ll turn out great as your circumstances will change. Have a fantastic day! You got this! 🤗💪🏼❤😍🥰
I think learning a second language gives you intelligence. Organizing ideas and talking to people in another language made my brain smarter than ever. Furthermore, my mind became positive too
Hi,I think these videos are way too useful. May I repost it on other social medias for English study in my country.I will be super glad to hear from you.
Thank you very much for such motivational video! My problem is that I'm very lazy. In my childhood I refused to master the piano due to laziness and now I regret.
I'm lazy too. And laziness is the reason we blame our pasts and what we didn't learn or accomplish! Nothing is stopping us from doing what we missed, if we really wanted to. We've got more recourses than ever before.
Mathew 25:44,45 "Then shall they also answer him ,saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungered, or athirst, or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and did not minister unto thee? Then shall he answer them, saying, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye did [it] not to one of the least of these, ye did [it] not to me."
Intelligence isn't born with, it's by expanding knowledges everyday. 1. Mediation 2. Expose with new knowledges 3. Exercise 4. Ask questions on every aspect 5. Explain what you learned to other 6. Write down about your daily life and analysis it 7. Make your distraction worth 8. Play an instrument to activate your musical brain 9. Read book as long as you can 10. Reduce screentime 11. Unlock your imagination
To everyone reading this...I'm sending you positive vibes, good luck charms, and all the best wishes for your exams. May you ace every question, achieve remarkable results, and pave the way for a future filled with success and fulfillment.

You're smart if:
You meditate and are not afraid to talk to yourself. You read productive material and talk to inspiring people. You exercise, question everything, ask and answer simply, surround yourself with smart people, journal about your life, don't do mindless things, play an instrument, read a book, stay off the internet, paint, write, and did I say read?
Yes u did say read.

I recommend to follow up your watching with reading atomic habits book.
Thanks alot!!!

Then shall he answer them, saying, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye did [it] not to one of the least of these, ye did [it] not to me."
