No-Flour Noodle Recipe :: A Novel Way to Make Noodles in 3 Minutes Without Flour

You can make chewy and delicious noodles without flour.
There is no cumbersome process, and the dough is completed in just one minute.
The noodles are chewy and so delicious that there is no reason not to try them.
It's like eating noodles at a restaurant.
➡︎ I made 3 eggs in the video, but the noodles come out as 3 servings.
I'll organize the recipe into two servings and upload it.
*** Measurements are scales (g), rice spoons (Tbsp), teaspoons (tsp) (not measuring spoons)
[Serves 2]
✤ Noodles
124g Eggs (2 large ones)
130g Potato starch
2 Pinches of salt
✤ Broth
1000ml Chicken broth (vegetables, seafood, beef all available)
Zucchini
Onion
Carrot
4g (1tsp) Salt
✤ Starch Water
10g (1Tbsp) Starch powder
40g (5Tbsp) Water
✤ Meat Garnish
100g Ground pork
4g (0.5tsp) Minced garlic
10g (1Tbsp) Soy sauce
4g (1Tbsp) Chili pepper(Paprika powder available)
✤ Garnish
Green chili pepper (optional)
Spring onion
1Tbsp Ground sesame seeds
1Tbsp Sesame oil
✤ Tips
This recipe makes the soup more delicious when you add meat topping and mix it.
Instead of pork, chicken or mushrooms are fine.
Flour and cornstarch are not recommended as they make the noodles hard.

@hfbfbcnfb probably, but eating in moderation helps. Everyone should remember that everything should be eaten in moderation. Too much is obviously not good for the health. For myself, food from groups like dairy and gluten i cannot have so moderation and self awareness is key.

I would like to have more seasoning to the broth base ☺ this recipe is a very unique idea in terms of noodle making. I would love to try it.
to achieve that, make fine slices of ginger and not so fine slices of garlic (to prevent it from burning, maybe 1/4 cup each with a little less ginger than garlic) and cut some scallion in rough sticks. Add some Shezuan pepper corns or crunched white pepper and give that a little roast in a pot with some oil and then fill it up with the broth, cooking that for 30-45min. If you want more "Umami" flavor, add 2 to 3 rehydrated Shitake. Rehydrate them in cooking wine or broth, not water. After cooking, filter it before using that for your Ramen Soup.

this kind of links to the german "Spätzle" - a kind of noodle made out of fresh potatos and starch. it holds thick sauces perfectly and is the best with rather dark sauces!

Will it work with rice flour? Or tapioca? For some reason potato starch is expensive in the UK 🇬🇧 even though we eat potatoes 🥔 all the time
I have the same question. My younger sister cant eat neither potato nor tapioca. So, i was curious if we could make it with rice flour or arrow root powder.

@@violetviolet888 Hi Violet! It was really delicious! The texture is chewy, it reminds me thick rice noddle with the taste of egg. After boiling the noddle, I used them as chao mein noddles (chinese stir fry noddle) with vegetables. They turned out great and very tasty 😍😍😍😍😍Give it a try and I wish a great happy day 😍😁Take care.

ANY starch could be made into a noodle.
If your starch does not have gluten then add eggs to replace the gluten as the main binder that keeps the noodle's shape.
Another method without eggs is to cook starch powder and turn them in to solid jelly in a rectangular pan/tray. Then cut them into strips with a knife.
Remember, ALL starches could be made into a noodle as long there is a binding component to keep the noodle's shape.
