@@Fem-dp9weJin Sakai can do what they both _combined_ do and that only with his sword alone. His gameplay didn't need to be divided into two parts, just to justify having two separate characters in the campaign. The GoT's online multiplayer is proof of that.
Whats interesting about GoT is that jin sakai is a samurai but breaks his own code and became the ghost, EARNED IT, to save the people. Im pretty sure yasuke is gay, and naoe is a strong independent women who will not learn anything

@@sib1212 After what I've seen. It's not realistic enough, the enviroment interactions, dialogue and NPCs animations feels off. Graphics is not the only thing that matters, they must polish and optimize the full game for a better final product.
Ubisoft is unable to create combat as fluid as Ghost of Tsushima, in fact, Shadows seems like a downgraded version of it. Those blood particles look terrible, and the animations are very amateurish in Shadows.
It was fire why spreading hate huh. Valhalla and Mirage was kinda okay but this one was really great

I can tell you this, ubisoft has fallen hard. They've been putting in politics and agendas in their games. Ruined the whole franchise.
The combat in AC, removing pieces of armor to justify the health draining, that's pretty clever, and honestly a great new direction for the combat. Also unarmed enemies seem to die as soon as they're hit with the weapon. So perhaps this marks a shift into realistic combat mechanics.The damage sponges from rpgs might be a thing of the past, which is great news. Nothing hurts more the evolution of combat in videogames than this, life bars and enemy sponges must die
Its crazy cause I'm pretty sure Master Assassin uploaded a video a few days before the gameplay reveal where he mentioned he hoped you can knock off armor and stuff. I hadn't thought about it as a detail before then but man it's a big addition. Otherwise though, the raw combat in ghost of tsushima just looks magnificent.

Honestly too early to judge, as of what were shown, ofc tsushima, but the game is still being polished out and completed, so its not a fair contest.
Knowing ubisoft, seeing their decisions on characters, looking at the mechanics...It has nothing special about it. It's pretty because It's a fantasised version of japan, but that's it. It lacks soo many things, and the similarity between valhalla and odyssey is too much. As an avid AC fan, ubisoft finally managed to make me give up on AC.

The clips u used aren't totally accurate interms of the sword fighting segment for Tsushima you should have used the retail version instead considering the graphics got downgraded a bit. It would portray a more true image.
Not only the graphics, the combat isnt as fluid period. The E3 trailer has much better combat, there is a lot more weight behind it

On other hand graphics for remastered version are better than the demo. This guy didn't used his own footage. Tsushima doesn't look like that, nor AC Shadows gonna look like that (probably better)

The differences will be size and scope, traversal, and a weak narrative. Versus, pretty graphics, strong narrative, and choreographed traversal. I think the combat will be similar, but Jim's samurai bag will be deeper with the 4 stances (I saw two). They basically split one character into two, bad choice unless the narrative is surprisingly strong. I don't see that working, but maybe they aren't going for the serious tone.
I forsee a bunch of Ghost fans being upset that this isn't Ghost 2 and we have to settle for this.
Don't forget about how Yasuke get off from the horse by kick to it's neck. lol
The problem for me is that it's the same situation as Valhalla. Valhalla was a good game overall but had absolutely nothing to do with the assassins creed. But as a viking game it was 10/10. AC shadows will most likely be a good samurai game but as an assassin's creed game it won't be anything impressive.

@@FunnyRedemption @FunnyRedemption Because the case is different here, Odyssey and Valhalla were made totally RPG with heavy combat being the default way to go. I don't know if Shadows is RPG or not, but you now have two characters, Yasuke is for the new AC players who played the game since Odyssey, Naoe is for the old players who want to play AC in its original gameplay style. If you don't like the heavy combat in AC, you can progress through the game with Naoe as a choice for all missions to come.
@@samzony The case isn't different at all, lmao. The gameplay is the exact same as in Valhalla. For both characters. The game is as rpg as the previous 4 except it's slightly more polished. Both stealth and combat are the same as in Valhalla except here it's split in two characters. Nothing different here. It's practically Valhalla but in Japan and with two characters instead of one.

And yes, there are towns with people, you can return in those places, talk with npcs, get side quests, sell items, upgrade weapons and armor, etc. Is this answer good enough for you?
