I’m so happy I found you! You have become one of my favorite IP channels! I see your devotion and enjoyment for your cooking. I’ve researched many IP recipes and not all IP channels have the same dedication to their dish. I enjoy my IP but it’s got to taste just as good as my original way of cooking. While an IP makes cooking much easier, that doesn’t mean you just dump everything in and expect a hearty meal. I like to take my time when cooking and that’s what I see in your videos! Dedication. My opinion.
Watching all the IP videos like yours inspired me to get my own. I will try it tomorrow for the first time and this seems like a wonderful dish to start with. Thanks so much for making your videos!
Funny that there is such a critical difference between 3, 4, and 5 minutes. Then to top it all off you have the peppers and beans that depending on their ripeness can throw another variable into the works. I've learned to shut it down a little early and check on the progress. I would much rather do a restart that than ruin the dish. TheReaper!
It look's really good but, more like a soup, if anyone has a recipe for just fresh snapped green bean's, please post it. I love the IP, and have a gallon of fresh green bean's I just picked and snapped. wanted to do them in the IP I usually do them on the stove with a regular pressure cooker, but it takes too long. so tks for the recipe.
Hi sandy I just made this dish in the pressure cooker and reading your directions and you didn’t say when to put the color peppers in so I’m just letting you know But I do love the recipe Thank you
Hi, Sandy! I love your videos! The only thing I do differently is I brown the sausage first and then drain it. Then I add a little olive oil and use the onion to deglaze the pot. It's delicious and thanks!
I made this last night and it was delicious. even my picky kid who hates vegetables are the whole bowl and asked for seconds. thank you for sharing

This looks great. I bet it smells awesome in your kitchen. This I must try.
I'm looking forward to trying this. You articulated your instructions very clearly. One pot meals are the best! Thanks for sharing!
Elaine J thank you! I really appreciate your feedback. I hope you enjoy this recipe! Please let me know! Take care!
Am going to be making this for the first time tomorrow.
Absolutely going to make this!
That looks so good. 🌷🌷🌷
I bet some potatoes would be good in there too. Throw in a few pieces of sweet potatoes for extra health goodness.
Yes! That's a great idea, just cut them small so they cook in the short amount of time.
Sure made me hungry for some! Looks yummy. Thanks for sharing.
How much water was added? I must have missed that in the video.
Love all your recipes. Thank you for sharing
Do you think frozen green beans would work?
I haven't tried it, but I would. I don't mind if my beans get a little soggy. It would be worth the test!
