Thank you for the video! Just did this after I kept hearing water sloshing around in my engine area! Took the cover off, as suggested in this clip, and the whole of the channel/well was filled with rain water! Thank you again!
@@FutureDreamZz I think that my wet floor mat, on the drivers side, was due to the 2005 Honda Civic being wrecked. The drivers side fender was pushed back and may have cracked a spot weld. I sprayed undercoat as far back as I could into the recess and also used a silicon sealer around the windshield gasket. Also, I sealed the windshield gasket because the technician who replaced the windshield told me that there was rust at the upper right hand corner (looking from the front of the car) of the windshield. Most of the time the Civic stays in the garage.
That stopped the leak.i had a stick clogging one of the flaps and it was causing the water to overflow.i cleaned the flaps ran a pressure washer inside the fender drain and it never did it again.i also put a fresh vent cowl gasket on as well.

Nice. I am chasing a wet floor mat on the driver's side, I'm going to check mine out. Thanks for posting.

This might have been my problem all along 🤦🏻♂️ thanks bro.
No problem man.
I have that re-occurring problem even with my 2009 Honda Element - both sides.
Thanks!
This will definitely help! Bout to start sound deadening 😊
That was kick ass!
Will try this when I get off work you think this will help my driver side floor?
Did this stop the leak? Or did you have to take the fender liner off and clean where the drain goes?
