I disagree because we don't want career politicians, we need term limits FFS so even tho people can't realise that a prime is bad he can't stay any longer and have to leave after 2 terms for every elected position and senate should be voted by people too and not named partisan hacks. Listen man, I'm taxed 55% of my salary, then I'm taxed on 15% of my food purchases at the grocery from my already taxed money, then I'm taxed over 5k a year on the house that is supposed to be mine and bought as if it's a dam rental then to add insult to injury I'm taxed to get from point A to point B and for my medication when I need them...if I want kids I'll be taxed some more and them so called tax breaks still ends up making me more taxed then I get in return...
So no! Govn. Enough in my life as is and keeps taking from me more each year!

I wonder how many Canadians have heard about the fact they are scrapping the windmills and solar panels in Europe because they are a colossal waste of money and don't create nearly enough electricity. They are going back to oil, natural gas and coal.

They are doing everything that they can to make sure that honest people will not be able to afford to keep a home. They will make it so that people will have to "share" their home or be taxed in to poverty. They will probably penalize people for not sharing their home by making sure they are taxed so high they will have no choice but to take in a renter or sell half of their property and still be taxed highly but a little less if you give up your home. This is an evil regime who uses "climate change" as an excuse to extort money out of Canadians every way possible plus they will say it helps with the homeless problem which they created with unlimited immigration. This is the most destructive, evil and corrupt regime on the planet.

The lunch program is such a great example of government being too involved. Imagine the administrative cost of such a program!! We should be able to afford food!!
So much is to be said for small communities. they have always donated to projects like lunches for kids in school, making sure that families in need get baskets of essentials left on their doorstep and opening our homes to those suffering from fire or flood. We have clothing exchange and pot lucks so that kids get clothing without putting their parents deeper in debt and families can come together with one another and emotionally support each other.
THIS IS WHAT THE GOVERNMENT WANTS TO PUT AN END TO. Rely only on us not family or neighbours and have no compassion for others.
It costs so little to donate or fund raise or even help out someone just home from the hospital by cleaning or taking them a meal so they can relax and mend. YOU NEVER KNOW WHEN YOU MAY NEED SUCH HELP FROM OTHERS.
Less Freeland and Trudeau Canada will be prosperous. To me, this gov't is something you can only puke thinking of them. They are killing me slowly!!! I have cancer and can't afford the proper nutrition to help me have a little bit more quality of life. I am a senior and they are killing me financially and to pay my rent even is hell. I am close to living on the streets. It is either rent or food I have had to try and manage to live cheaper.

I picked up a book by Klaus Schwab and had a quick look at it. It's a book on economics, obviously. First paragraph I read made it clear what he's all about. Anti-religion, anti-democracy, anti-poor, all couched in economic terms. Within three paragraphs, it was clearly communist. And my son tried to tell me it's just about economics! Good thing I'm older and more knowledgeable about communism, or I wouldn't get what was being said on the page. (You can bet we will be having a little chat!) This is what Freeland is following. No surprise.
She tries to say "Canada is the least irresponsible of a bunch of totally irresponsible governments." That doesn't make the Canadian government a responsible government!
