- Hon. Donald Neil Plett (Leader of the Opposition): Not many of us were here when Senator George Baker was a member of this august chamber. But Senator Baker would get up and say “I have just a few words to say” on a matter.
I have a few words to say today on the Speech from the Throne and, in particular, Justin Trudeau’s legacy - his legacy of scandals.
Colleagues, we are now in the ninth year of Justin Trudeau’s reign in power. While it will be up to historians to write - some years from now - what exactly should be remembered about him, I would like to take the opportunity to outline just a few highlights of the Prime Minister’s legacy.
In his 2015 report on senators’ expenses, former Supreme Court Justice Ian Binnie wrote:
. . . Senators also play a significant role in questioning, criticizing and holding to account the Government. In the traditional language of Sir Walter Bagehot, it falls to the Houses of Parliament to inform “the Nation of defects in the administration” and even of teaching the Nation - “altering it for the better…teaching the Nation what it does not know.” . . .
Colleagues, this is what this speech is about - teaching the nation, telling the nation what it may or may not know about Justin Trudeau or, rather, reminding Canadians what the last nine years have been all about.
I know some of you dream about a Senate that would be above partisanship. Of course, when a Liberal says that, it means that the Senate should never criticize the Liberals. Their definition of partisanship is this: Attacking Liberals is partisan, but attacking Conservatives is democratic debate. We will not fall into this trap, colleagues.
To quote the Prime Minister himself:
If the Senate serves a purpose at all, it is to act as a check on the extraordinary power of the prime minister and his office . . . .
That, colleagues, is what the Conservative opposition in the Senate has been doing since 2015. This is what we will continue to do as long as the Liberals manage to hold onto government.
The first aspect of Justin Trudeau’s legacy that I want to point out is his and his government’s record on ethics. The motion on the Speech from the Throne is the ideal venue for this, as I will cover a lot of general policy of the government.

I have been a targeted individual the last 30 years, and every American needs to HEAR MY STORY, because what the monsters did to ME, they are now doing to YOU ALL.
When the criminal harassment by agents started in 87-88, they had a legit right to watch me. At the time, I was young and wild and dating a drug dealer. I stopped dating him and stopped all drug use in 88, but the harassment never stopped. They have tapped every phone, hacked every computer and criminally and repeatedly entered every home i have lived in during these years since. I now don't leave my home unless I hire a house sitter because the filthy agents refuse to STAY OUT OF MY HOME. I couldn't understand for years, WHY they were targeting me. I'm married, don't do anything illegal and am a Christian since 94. It wasn't until 2018 that I knew WHY. I was sick with a skin disorder that I am now convinced was another bioweapon being tested on us. I was examining my skin with a magnifier when i found strange, matching sets of holes in my inner wrists and knees. They looked like tiny tunnels, but couldn't be seen with the naked eye. I had no idea how they got in my skin, and I hadn't seen any doctors or taken any shots in years. So I got out a sterile needle and opened up those holes and took samples from them and viewed it under my microscope. (A hobby I have had many years.) I was speechless at what I found. I t was a clear, COMPUTERIZED GEL, and it was laid out in a ladder shaped grid system, that had tiny rice shaped batteries around it's outer perimeter. It had pine tree shaped antennas that had perfectly symmetrical branches with metallic looking little balls on the tip of every branch. It was slowly collapsing it's structure as it cooled to room temperature. I had never seen anything like it in my life. Finding this tech in my body explained many things I had wondered about the last twenty years. It explained why I heard a man's voice in my head sometimes. It explained why he pretended to be GOD that the things he said weren't always Godly. It explained why things got moved or hidden from me during my sleep, and why I was WATCHED CONSTANTLY through my OWN EYES. The FILTHY, DISGUSTING, LOWLIFE MONSTERS HAD HACKED MY BRAIN, and it was WORSE THAN RAPE! I told my local chief of police, when I reported finding it, that at least a woman can HEAL after being raped. There is no 'healing' from this, according to what Elon Musk says in his videos. He sells this stuff, though I cannot imagine why ANYONE in their right mind would EVER want it!! I found a picture of it right on DARPA'S website, under Obama Brain Initiative. I KNEW what would be in the vax when they said one was coming, and unfortunately, I was right. Dr Carrie Madej, and Dr Ricardo Delgado were some of the first to identify it in the shots. It's also in the masks/tests, and swabs, and NOW they are putting it in our FOOD/BEV AND MILK!!! I am here to tell you that this absolutely EVIL tech from HELL is FAR MORE than 'gene therapy'!!! It lets the filthy monsters see and hear every thought we have! It lets them talk to us mentally. It lets them even TAKE OVER OUR BODY during certain stages of sleep, and use OUR BODY to do whatever they WANT TO, and we have little or no memory of it, much less any CONTROL OVER IT! PEOPLE NEED TO KNOW WHAT THE SICK FREAKS ARE DOING TO US, and they MUST be stopped! I wouldn't do this to an ANIMAL, because even animals have a RIGHT to have PRIVATE THOUGHTS between them and GOD. They are also now putting this tech in all animal shots as well, HACKING ALL LIVING THINGS, so they can be REMOTE CONTROLLED by the sick freaks WHO THINK THEY ARE GOD! Governor general ended 1931 with Westminster Statutes, Wm LM King appointed the GG, before 1931 UK appointed GG.
On the contrary, the Governor General position is extremely important. Only that person has the power to dissolve parliament over and above the PM, especially if 70% of Canadians no longer have confidence in his leadership and voice our opinions to this. The problem is that Trudeau picked the Gov General and she is as corrupt as he is! This person should be voted into power by the PEOPLE, not the PM. We should have a separate vote, perhaps at the time of the regular 4 year vote for our MPs, that is SPECIFICALLY for the person we feel is most impartial and just and will do the right thing. Why we allow the PM to pick anyone that holds power over him is beyond me. It's like hiring your own father to be the judge of your wrong-doing, he's a little biased, isn't he? There is too much bias and corruption in the Liberal and NDP government, and no doubt in the Conservatives also. Seems greed and self interest is rampant in Canadian politics. Perhaps if we cut their pay in half only those wanting to make positive changes in our country would be the only ones applying for the positions? It shouldn't be a "get rich quick" job - you are supposed to be working FOR the people, NOT yourselves! Giving themselves a pay raise should also be illegal - it is up to the people how much we want to pay them. I want to change our system to one that allows every voter to vote electronically on every issue - not our current system which relys on our MPs to know our wishes and vote accordingly - I am sure many MPs have been receiving letters, calls, and emails from their constituents, screaming at them to stop the Carbon tax, stop backing Trudeau, and yet they continue to vote as their leader says rather than as their constituents say. This is bogus and if our system doesn't work, time to make a new one. How hard can it be to make a voting app (should cost MUCH less than the Arrive Scam app!) so that ALL Canadians can vote every day, week, month, or year on pressing issues and questions. Worried about security? It can be done so that independent programmers do the creation work, while other independent programmers check and verify the code is good, then after implementation, give one of the "useless" federal employees doing nothing a new job to randomly contact and verify that what they voted for matches the electronic records, so that we know there was no tampering AFTER the programming was done. It would not be hard to do, and would definitely be more accurate, fair, and representive of what the MAJORITY of Canadians want, instantly, easily, and accurately. It would be the best system in the world, and reduce the number of politicians we need to run our country. Let's do it!

The RCMP has to be taken OUT of the Prime Minister's back pocket and made to be a completely separate entity, capable of investigating ALL documents, UNREDACTED, and not be so easily corrupted by the PM. Election reforms must be made as well, to prevent Ontario and Quebec from determining the path for all of Canada only to serve those 2 provinces' desires. We are a nation of many people in many cities and provinces, we are not only here to support Ontario and Quebec (and to a lesser extent the Maritimes).
