I never comment but I love watching your videos! You are so genuine and you show the reality of losing weight. It is a long journey where consistency truly is key. I am also on the road to weight loss, and you are motivating and inspiring! One day at a time!
i just found your channel and after way falling off my diet for summer i’m also getting back into calorie counting, and i’m loving your content so far❤ i do OMAD and only eat after 4pm break-fast is just what you eat after fasting (or sleeping for most people) it is the most important meal but it doesn’t matter when you eat it! 😊
Loving your videos😊 I'm currently going through something similar (for a second time) and have been working on it for a couple months now. I highly recommend The Binge Eating Therapist's channel- she used to be a binge eater and then became a therapist to help others. She has so many great resources- and I highly recommend her recent video, rewiring your brain. I just love her compassionate approach. And the best advice I can give for anything related to your health journey is to meet yourself where you're currently at. So essentially only do what you're ready to do. There are a lot of things we can implement in our lives to improve our health, but they're not going to stick if we're not ready. So even if it's only one thing at a time, just do that one thing, and then reevaluate again in a week or so. If you're looking for a way to incorporate movement I also recommend Jessica Smith TV channel - she has a lot of really short videos, and of all different intensities, even just walking (I love her one mile walk and talk videos where she picks a topic of interest and chats about it, it makes the time pass much faster). For food ideas i really love Liezl Jayne's channel- her recipes are so creative and super easy and delicious. Or Nicole Collet, whose meal ideas are incredibly practical, especially if you don't mind having some convenience/slightly processed foods in your meals. Anyway, if you want someone to connect with feel free to message me! Hope these things were a little helpful💖
wait, thank you so much. I am RUNNING to her channel now. This info is so helpful and I really needed to hear the bit about meeting myself where I am currently at. I have been in so many different places with my health and fitness over the years, It is SO easy to expect that level of fitness/performance now when I am just not there anymore. I really needed this, so thank you!! Also thank you for watching and supporting!!
