I'm not 100% on this but usually products that are made to be low fat actually have more sugar so just be careful. In certain recipes I'll use plain greek yogurt as a substitute for sour cream. Calories only ever become fat if you have too many and you’re not burning them away. Being in a caloric deficit is incredibly unhealthy. VS models est carbs. Sports women and men eat carbs. Ballerinas eat carbs. Same thing goes for natural fats. If you eat yoghurt or anything dairy, get the full fat version. Trust me. Those skim milk and light yoghurt sellers are just making money on something that won’t benefit anyone drinking it. There’s a difference between bad fats and good fats. Full fat yoghurt is better for you. Everyone needs carbs, fats, proteins, vitamins and minerals, as well as natural sugar - which fructose. Our body needs those things on a daily basis.

Just so you know, the crumbles may not be vegan. The top of the package said "100% vegetarian" and a lot of Morningstar products are not vegan because they still contain eggs. I could be wrong though, just make sure you check the ingredients if you are able to find them!!

I would recommend you to eat the whole foods in order to achieve the max health. For exaple, fruits, like a lot of fruits. It is practical (no preparation, buy it and eat it), healthy (it is impossible to eat it too many), gives you energy (you will need less coffee, actually you won't need it at all), won't make you fat (sugar from natural sources, like the one in the fruit is not harmful like processed one) and it will satisfied your craving for sugar for processed sweets. And since you are living in california I'm sure you won't have problem finding quality one (really yummy and sweet and ripe) Also, greens are realy good (that lettuce in the videoo

My favorite thing to do is make homemade guacamole and use lettuce leaves to spoon it into my mouth. The guacamole is homemade so it’s made to taste: fresh and chunky, full of garlic and red onions and jalapeños. Yum

I work at a summer camp and I'm in charge of the cooking activities. I had the kids make the "ice cream sandwiches" but I let them put whatever color food dye they wanted in the yogurt to make it more fun and they LOVED it! they all told me how they were gonna go home and make these with their parents! There are so many different kinds. Some are made with beans, peas, soy, mushrooms. You just have to try each one until you find some you like. Chilis has a vegetarian burger made of beans that is really good!

I work at a summer camp and I'm in charge of the cooking activities. I had the kids make the "ice cream sandwiches" but I let them put whatever color food dye they wanted in the yogurt to make it more fun and they LOVED it! they all told me how they were gonna go home and make these with their parents! It was super easy and super affordable.

Imma need just a lil bit of fat in my life lolol. But these are cute & I would definitely make that zucchini. I don't really pay attention to fat or calories but rather what kind of fat and make sure to eat as cleanly as possible- the least amount of stuff you see in the ingredients list other than the actual food item, the better.

There are so many different kinds. Some are made with beans, peas, soy, mushrooms. You just have to try each one until you find some you like. Chilis has a vegetarian burger made of beans that is really good!
