Stephen is definitely a legend. He had really helped so many others in the program as well, along with his own relationship!

Stephen is truly inspiring for those who think things are hopeless. He actually was able to break through and accomplish when so many would give up. Amazing.

It's very obvious to me, that Stephen deeply understands the concepts of the program. Keep it up

This story sounds alot like mine. There's alot of aspect changes in this video that I didn't know I needed, such as the toxic validation making you think youre fine, when you need work. Or focusing on the good things in the relationship rather than focusing on the things you can fix to make it better.

Great realization here my man. A lot of people have very subconscious issues with recognizing, admitting, and facing their flaws head on. Some people are so averse to their own issues that they actually get highly offended when others points them out, and spends no time investigating whether these flaws are actually there or not.
I address this issue in another video of mine (The perfect product illusion): ruclips.net/video/ZqmLaQlR5K8/видео.html
If you have the time, I think this will be extremely insightful for you!

❤Awesome... Like always. Loved this interview.I always take so much... Everything resonates... Victim syndrome... High value... Lifetime of improvement. My wife spent a lot of time just "taking care" of my victim mindset. For a long time the weight of our world was on her shoulders. But now I can clearly see my past actions. I'm planting seeds. Farming.

Whenever I hear these guys talk about their experiences with therapists I have to cringe because I'm going through the same bs. They constantly blame him, everything I've done is ok, I'm not responsible for other's feelings...wtf then what's the point of politeness in society even? In my experience therapy is good only to reaffirm you're idiocy, make you feel good about yourself, but it's also what helped me get to this point where he won't even talk to me anymore. I trusted these people with 'credentials' who are now throwing up their hands saying 'welp nothing more we can do'. I'm pissed at myself for listening to them, for listening to friends and family too. Everything they said, except for one friend, has lead to me not looking inward and letting the situation get as bad as it was. Be careful guys. I'm not trying to sell the program no clue if it works or not, I will be enrolling soon hopefully though because it's the only approach that I found to go against the grain and that seems to be worth a shot in actually changing myself, my beliefs and how I act/react, if I can do that then I believe I still have a chance to make things right or at least heal
    all the hurt I've caused.
