  • Coach Harmony from CrossFit Ampersand shows you how to take care of your hands and prevent tears by trimming calluses using a callus shaver and pumice stone. If you're an active CrossFitter, you don't want to tear your hands doing pull-ups or bar work. Take care of your hands with a few simple steps.

Thankyou so much. I have been trying to help sort out my mums feet, she's elderly and been struggling to walk due to Corn Caluses on her feet souls. Went to Dr's to arrange appointment with feet specialist and was told, due to cuts by the Government she cannot get treatment done on her feet. Even though my mum and dad and most of family members worked hard and paid the relevant taxes and National Insurance until both parents retired. Never signed on dole, such a shame what our country has come to in the last 12yrs. We do not receive the relevant help when required. So i decided to deal with this myself so mum can manage to walk. Nobody in our family will ever Vote for this Conservative Government who have been incompetent for the last 12yrs.

Is the shaving done dry or wet?

You can do either, we prefer dry :)

Hard to believe how the back of her hands look so feminine and the inside looks like a construction worker.🤔
