Super great video! Torn calluses are way too common for there to not be more videos on how to train around them. Thank you so much for covering this!

I remember tearing a callous on each hand in competition, we had stones last and we used white spirit to clean the tacky off afterwards, that bloody stings when you get it in a torn callous!!

I actually have taken your advice and others on preventing such.... but it's still going to happen, and if you use clubbells like I do, you're going to get them around your thumb

Should i stick my stomach out like i'm pregnant when lifting heavy or only brace into it and keep it tight, because doesnt that cause issues when i Push the lower part excessively outwards? + Should my chest point upwards or down (without pulling air into it ofc)
    Thanks :)

If you're tearing off your calluses, you are probably doing it right.

You get to a point where they no longer tear, your callous will become super thick undestructible basically.

Sorry to burst your bubble, they always tear when you’re consistent and keeping it intense, also doing a lot of volume.
