I think that variety is important, I eat beef, lamb, chicken, fish, sea food, eggs, liver, gizzards, heart. This also helps when you need to take care of the money you spend on food
Your diet sounds amazing and you're making me hungry! LOL. I totally agree. It's amazing how much you can save when you switch it up and opt for some of the foods that aren't so commonplace. It also really helps to keep things interesting!
Air fryer is a great option, just be careful of non-stick coatings that most can have. I started using one recently and really like the way it cooks food. I usually lay parchment paper down inside mine, and you can get toxin-free parchment paper if that is a concern as well.
Cool video man. I've been doing Carnivore and I want to start feeding my dog the same way. He's 60 lbs, and looks to be similar size to your dog. This gives me a good idea of how to feed him without breaking the bank. By the way, has anyone ever told you that you sound just like Mitch Hedberg?
That's awesome! Have you experienced any benefits since going carnivore? I made a video about transitioning dogs from kibble to meat, it might help: ruclips.net/video/550Ycx-bL6E/видео.html Also, if you need more info about bones and bone safety, this might help: ruclips.net/video/ozx3ao7U3Zw/видео.html I haven't heard that but now I'm curious so I'm watching some of his stand up now haha. I hear the resemblance!
@@apexpackandtribe I have lost 70 lbs since March 1, going from 295 to 225. I feel great. I haven't been this weight since I was in my early 20s. I'm 49. I have degenerative arthritis in both my knees, and the pain is completely gone. I'm more alert, I think more clearly, my overall energy is just a nice consistent level. Thanks for the links on feeding Cooper. Looking through those now!
@@tdtommy196 Wow, that's amazing! Super happy to hear about all the benefits you've experienced so far, you certainly have a lot to be proud of. Hopefully your pup is able to reap the benefits of this way of eating as well. I think you will be pleasantly surprised at how well your dog does once you get through the transition. Wishing you all the best!
Wow, that's a huge difference! There are a couple farms I've bought chicken from that were around that price but sales are always popping up and the farms & butcher shops with tons of demand are always substantially cheaper. I wish everywhere was like this. Maybe it can be!

Egg shell powder? Never heard of it. Hmmm…I need to check this out.
It's an amazing source of calcium and has tons of uses. You might find this useful: ruclips.net/video/qJsEe8GuGXY/видео.html
Thanks Jacob. You definitely have good prices there. A pasture raised 3 pound whole chicken where I live costs $29.

Looking forward to every new video 😊 Thank you Jacob 🙏
Thank you, and my pleasure!
Great deal on those eggs!
I agree! I told them I'll be a customer for life, haha!
