For part 2 one unique food I'd be interested is blood pudding, or at least some type of cooked and prepared blood.
The nutritional value and/or hazards of blood isn't really mentioned and its a bit of a rare foodstuff even though its easily made with excess blood from the slaughter.

Get off fast food asap. If you’re serious about eating healthier. I used to LIVE off fast food, while working and after work it was most meals. I didn’t realize how addicted I was until I quit, then after the cravings started to fade away it changed. Now fast food tastes like shit and I crave actual real food with nutrients.
I’m not capping, I enjoy a good piece of fruit or well seasoned veggies more than anything at McDonald’s or tacobell. Some well cooked and seasoned meat??? It makes fast food taste like dog food.
Also I can feel a “hangover” when I relapse and eat a lot of fast food. Like straight up I have less energy and feel more “clogged up” not like constipated but like in general I just feel kinda shitty.
TLDR fast food really is bad for you, it’s noticeable once you make a change.

Since it’s pretty close in it’s protein quantity to chicken and depending on how you cook it can be lower in calories (which is all I care about in my diet, low cals and high protein. Not bc I'm vegan, but bc I'm a powerlifter and have a biology background. I try to not tell people to go vegan for health reasons, because most "diets" can be done well, or poorly. So this info is useful when someone comes to me and says "I'm interested in going eating more plant-based, but don't want to give up meat 100%". I can then recommend them the top tiered meats you mentioned. So if they take my advice, they'll eat more plants, but the meat they keep in their diet is the best possible choice!
