Thank you! I just fixed my PRO-435PU by replacing these same 2 caps. Old ones were not leaking or bulged.
Thanks for helping me keep my old Pioneer PDP-505PG alive. I had the same problem as you describe. Changed those 2 caps on the Y sustain board and it's as good as new! Caps weren't visibly puffy or leaking, but neither tested at 3.3uf.
My pdp-505PG is having the exact same issue, thanks for narrowing this down, my wife wants to throw out the whole TV!!!! I’m not letting this happen unless I can fix it!
It worked! I change the whole Y-sys board and Tv was as good as new! Thank you 👏🏼

Thank you very much! I also have solved the problem in my pdp-435pe via changing the ysus board. However I buzz sound started to come from the screen (probably from the replaced board) . Do you have any solution to lessen the sound?

As far as I remember, PDP-4304 has the same YSUS PCB. If you have the same problem, it should be the same fix.

Hey Paul, I have a different symptom on tv. The blue standby light and red power light are on at the same time and the rv doesn't turn on. I hear it clicking but nothing happens when I press the power on button.
The way to fix it is by not turning it on for about 2-7 days, then your tv will work.
how do you know those are bad ... are they shorted ??
