(Jennifer Kurtz) ... my 5th metatarsal fracture is forcing me back to basics .. to build the foundation before I put the roof on .... grateful for you and your work!

If one finds they are doing dysfunctional compensations, like hips planing out, as you mentioned/clenching floor with toes/tightening around neck, is it better to avoid doing the routine, or will your body/mind relearn and recallibrate by doing them? I don't want to reinforce these faulty compensations I've acquired, but I really feel this routine would be helpful. Again, thank you for such excellent information and instruction. Take care

I am now 100% on barefoot or minimalist shoes or Shamma´s Sandals. As you are also talking about spiral lines - have you ever heard of this concept which was first described by Dr. Larssen from Switzerland? He is a fascinating person and has rolled out his philosophy in Europe.

Who do I treat my bunions, it's not big but painful?
When I walk I feel a lot of pain in to section of my feet and feet or n look flat.
What if my meniscus is torn? This is painful... any suggestions?
i cant do the foot tripod because i cant feel/produce force with the fitht digit and metatarsal. its pinchy on both ankles at the outside.
