This is so appropriate guys for me. Have been doing barefoot balancing work lately to help with my knee injury and am working on a balance beam ...all barefoot. More of it ...well done for promoting...especially for falls prevention and athlete strength 💪 I am a runner and am loving this and am promoting this too 😉

I love working out in bare feet. I do it every morning when working out! Even when I do wind sprints...I take my shoes off after🤣
