    I love working out in bare feet. I do it every morning when working out! Even when I do wind sprints...I take my shoes off after🤣

    Hi, glad to get some backup for bare feet... I'm 76 years of age & I've gone barefoot most of my life... I take my shoes off everywhere I go as soon s I get settled.... I'm really healthy as well...yes that's me with Toby.🤗💃💕

    This is so appropriate guys for me. Have been doing barefoot balancing work lately to help with my knee injury and am working on a balance beam ...all barefoot.
    More of it ...well done for promoting...especially for falls prevention and athlete strength 💪
    I am a runner and am loving this and am promoting this too 😉

    I've never liked to wear shoes and never seem to find a pair that fits comfortably. This is very helpful
