When you do it with a 35 year old bunion it's an additional balance challenge. My toe is so slanted off to the side, it's almost like I don't even have the big toe. I'm sure you know what I mean, lol I'm still going to do this routine as I'm sure it can still provide some benefits. Thanks
@@MWall Sadly, I am in the odd feet club. My late grandmother and late mother both had a most horrid bunion. Mine is the worst as all around it arthritic bone matter has formed and an operation would be jolly tricky. Ahhh but, wearing small magnets next to it has made it almost painfree. Quite a revelation!!
@@MWall Apparently race horses wear magnetic 'bracelets/anklets' while resting! This made me look into the healing power of magnets. My doctors fully approve of wearing them. They are very small. You may not like this but the toe rings from amazon work very well for me: Pedimend Silicone Weightloss Magnetic Toe Rings. Pair £4.21. Just looked them up. Sure they were cheaper some years ago. Still they work very well and one might lose weight as well!! Yes, I broke my foot and ankle about 40yrs ago and arthritis set in about 10yrs ago. For me magnets really work well, also the stick-on ones for various other pains. I felt a difference after a few days. However, the ugliness stays the same. Good Luck!!!!
