I literally was about to start stress eating until i said no to eating any more cake and type in "aerobics for stress". I am so grateful and thankful for this young lady. All I needed was 7-10 minutes of movement just to get that negative energy off. Now, I'm refocused. I thank myself as well for making a conscience decision. Whew! That was a close one. I am saving this one in my favorites.

I released some guilt and had a spiritual 2 way conversation with certain people i was carrying these feelings about. I didnt know the feelings were there. It was when i laid down after my instincts let me know. I took the opportunity imagining their voice in conversation with me. It was very powerful i spoke genuinely what was unspoken

Before I did this exercise I was having fearful thoughts about this looking scary, this is something I shouldn't do because I have never done this before and whatnot. But I finally combated those thoughts and I did this exercise that had me feeling good afterward. Thanks for posting this video, Tamara.
As I was doing the exercise movements, this deep scream came out of me! I’ve held in a lot of anger and stress in my body lately and this was a RELEASE without all the rigamore and fancy language… thank you for the simplicity and greatness of this 7-8 mins workout

Hardly ever comment on videos but with sudden anxiety and panic attacks ive found myself afraid to get my heart rate up due to discomfort Read some comments and decided to give it a go after a difficult day and can't express how nice it feels to not be scared of my heart rate, exercising felt nice and my tension is eased quite a lot. Feels really nice to sweat it out Will be coming back here a lot on my journey, thank you for the video!
Frustration and a lot of anger came up. On the release throwing my arms down felt so good. I'm sweating and it feels like I've been screaming for a while. I needed this so much! Thank you ❤

In a few hours I have philosophy evaluation from my university major which I can't fail, but I learned only like 4 from 13 questions. I will probably pass, but I'm soooo stressed out like I literally couldn't sleep all night. I tried this for now and it really helped, like this huge tension in me loosened out. Thank you :)
