I can truly feel the difference in my poses I love this series, it’s teaching me to slow down and not rush but also to let my body flow as it is and get my form together ❤
Could you speak to flipping the feet in transition from updog to down dog? What is ideal? Does it really matter? What can you do to strengthen the tops of your feet to stay on the tops til the full transition into down dog?
Towards the end when lifting up & back to down dog after upward dog I had a very sharp & alerting pain in my lower back. It made me stop & come to my knees to readjust & slowly try again & I did it fine but the next time it happened again & I just had to sit down & wait for the end of class cuz I didn’t wanna make it worse. It’s been aching back there recently which is why I did some classes with you today but I’m wondering like what do you think I’m doing wrong? Cuz it really hurt & wasn’t something that normally happens when I’m doing those poses & I don’t wanna end up doing it more & seriously hurting my back or something. I try to remember to engage the core to help with the hinge movement cuz like you have to but maybe I didn’t squeeze tight enough & the lower back took on the weight? Please lmk what you think thanks love you bunches! 🥰💖🌸🫶🏾
