I followerd exact recipe and procedure written on the video. But it turn out to be raw or not well formed (still very soft and wet). Im wandering maybe the temp written and the baking time is not the right one. Hope you rectify the exact baking temp. Or time.

edit* so turns out: its 170°F on the video, and 330°C for my oven

Olive oil isnt a neutral oil. Its taste is too strong. While you can use it, it may affect the taste (very late but yeah)

Make sure the dough is well rested and you can coat first with flour then last is coat with powdered sugar

If you want to make this please chill overnight if the crinkle doesn't work dust over more powder sugar before bake
My kitchen is very small and I made this, and for me it was very messy with powdered sugar 😂
