Hindi pa naman nangyari sa akin yan when baking chocolate crinkles. I'm not sure kung okey ang resulta kung sa dry ingredients mo naihalo yung sugar. Importante kasi ma melt yung sugar kasama ng oil, eggs at vanilla.

Thanks for the feedback, Lala! Glad that you liked it. Depende sa icing sugar na ginamit mo or if you let the sugared dough sit in the counter for too long before baking, the icing sugar melts and gets absorbed by the dough that’s why yung texture sa labas ay hindi crunchy.

Tried the recipe now and it was really messy forming it into balls. Recipe calls for 4 eggs and I used large ones which is what I always use for baking. When I read the comments, turns out she used medium size eggs. The size of the eggs made mine so sticky and moist even after leaving it on the freezer for a few hours. The cookies came out flat
Sorry to hear that, make sure to stick to the ingredient amount the recipe calls for otherwise the dough could be too sticky to work with. Try using med size egg next time and refrigerate for 4 to 6 hours, or freezing them for minutes to an hour makes them more manageable to work.

At room temperature they will last up to 1 week basta they kept in airtight container or sealed bag. If you want to keep them longer keep them in the refrigerator.

Hi Mabel! When you added too much flour this will cause the mixture to have a dry texture. Kung mapapansin mo yung mixture ko medyo sticky, nilagay ko pa yung cookie mixture sa ref before ko bilugin. I hope these recipe will turn out successful to you.
May be you over-baked them a little bit, try to bake them a minutes less next time or may be you over mixed it or may be there is not enough fat in the batter try to add a bit of oil instead of egg.

Yes, medyo tricky ang pag bake ng chocolate crinkles make sure na tama ang temperature and make sure din not to overbake so it will stay moist and chewy. Kapag medyo sumobra ka lang ng ilang minuto maapektuhan na ang texture ng crinkles mo. Trial and error talaga ang baking maski ako bago ma perfect ang isang recipe i had multiple errors. Try and try lang hanggang ma perfect!

At room temperature they will last up to 1 week basta they kept in airtight container or sealed bag. If you want to keep them longer keep them in the refrigerator.

Hi Mabel! When you added too much flour this will cause the mixture to have a dry texture. Kung mapapansin mo yung mixture ko medyo sticky, nilagay ko pa yung cookie mixture sa ref before ko bilugin. I hope these recipe will turn out successful to you.

May be you over-baked them a little bit, try to bake them a minutes less next time or may be you over mixed it or may be there is not enough fat in the batter try to add a bit of oil instead of egg.

Hi Jenelyn! Thanks for trying out these recipe. Store mo lang sa airtight container at room temperature yung choco crinckles. Yes, medyo tricky ang pag bake ng chocolate crinkles make sure na tama ang temperature and make sure din not to overbake so it will stay moist and chewy. Kapag medyo sumobra ka lang ng ilang minuto maapektuhan na ang texture ng crinkles mo. Trial and error talaga ang baking maski ako bago ma perfect ang isang recipe i had multiple errors. Try and try lang hanggang ma perfect!
