I have missed my weekly contact with my viewers but I have been extremely busy and circumstances have made things even more challenging. Having said that, I was preparing this video in the early hours of this morning and now realise that the direct audio to the camera does need some adjustments in the edit and will work on this next time. Please like and comment and thanks for watching.
Nice to see your back Tim... literally ! Furtively trying to find "Wobbly Woo" in my Pilots Manual ! ..... thanks for fitting in the update in your busy schedule...appreciated as always
I hadn’t flown as much as I had hoped to so I am afraid it was just the one trip. Maybe more in next months update? Heavy rain all last night but expect it is still very dry for you? 😊
I've watched your videos for a long time since (I think) Flight Chops mentioned many pilots including you. Please don't feel pressured into putting up videos, we all appreciate you have "life" in the way, and these videos are you enjoyment and not your life. I think I enjoy your videos more when you are relaxed and having fun. Keep it up :)
Just watched your latest and looking forward to the end of the month update. A few months back I got into a debate on a US aviation channel reference video recording on airliners flight deck to supplant the 'black boxes' info. Surprisingly several commercial pilots objected as they thought it would be an infringement of their personal liberties. To have watched your videos over the years it just proves how useful they would be after any incident. Just added fwiw.
A very welcome surprise, as Neil said below. Thanks for uploading - good to see you back in the air. I think you should buy John a t-shirt displaying what is clearly a favourite phrase: 'I couldn't have done that in the RV'. ;-)
Tim, good to see an update. We also went to Duxford for the BoB Sunday display. Much better weather than the Saturday. Also after a few jobs we have had a few flights, Friday last was actually over Nayland, but it was gusty bumpy conditions. Look forward to the next update!
@@JodelFlyer Tim, on a gusty Friday I was happy to use Nayland as a waypoint, but haven't landed there. I don't fly a taildragger so I'm not sure the Jabiru will be as happy going in!
Good morning Tim, it is like you have never been away! I only used a camera to record sound always seemed easier, not so experienced at editing though, less cameras = less work . I think going to one works fine for updates like this. Enjoy your days and your flights for yourself, take care.
Hello Tim , and how good to see your most welcome video . I hope all is going well with your plans and look forward to seeing the next episode at the end of October . Stay safe and healthy .
Nice to see this update in my notifications. I've been watching your old videos, as suggested to me by RUclips. Its a good idea to modify your set-up while not making formal videos, to just the back camera. If nothing else it gets the front camera out of your line-of-sight in the window, plus doesn't distract you with the 'is it recording?' thought. Hopefully all is going well on the moving front. I look forward to the next end-of-month update.
Thank you Robert. The good thing about recording directly onto the single camera is that I don’t have to think about having to sound sync each of the cameras! 😊
Short and sweet. Thank for sharing. I’d be surprised if the back GoPro didn’t record comms, as I’ve used my hero 4 with a comms cable many times. Nice landing. See you end of the month.
Thank you Geoff. It seems strange not having a video on edit all of the time but with all the moves I really need the time. Always interesting in your uploads! 👍😊
@@JodelFlyer Good luck, I hope it all goes smoothly for you. The weather’s changing now so it also makes getting content more difficult. We look forward to your videos & thank you for your interest in mine… truly flattered 😊👍🏼
Morning Tim. Last Friday of the month and I logged in and there you were. Thanks for the updated Tim. I am interested how you wired the sound direct to the GoPro, if you get time, could you share please. Thanks Tim, have a great month.
Nice to see you back again Tim!! I did an hour on Wednesday so I'm back in the air again! I've got to do my bi-annual flight test end of October!!?? Look forward to speaking with you again soon mate ....
This is a welcome surprise…. And in time for Angus and I to enjoy over breakfast. Do hope all is going well on the home front. Such a joy to get a Jodel flying fix 😊
Nice too see what’s happening Tim..I’m sure you’ve got plenty to do so once a month isn’t a problem. You’ve become a RUclips addict..you need rehabilitation mate…lol. Keep us updated. Best Regads Jim
Local planning restrictions on the airfield limit take offs on a Sunday to after 10am and before 2pm but does not cover landings. Also no more than 10 in total for any day! 🙁

What a pleasant surprise, thanks Tim.
Thanks Terry. I have missed the interaction with people on a Friday but really do need the time as all is manic here! 😊
Thanks Tim.
Thank you Gordon 👍
Nice to have our Tim with time to fly looking forward to the October update
Have a great weekend
Thank you. That flight was early in the month. Still waiting for moving dates but tons of stuff to do! 😊

The main reason I started to film was basically for my own review and it just grew from there! Thanks for watching.
A pleasant surprise Tim. Good to see you flying on a Friday again 👌👍👏👏
Thanks Kev. As you have seen, I hope to have another update at the end of October 👍

It wouldn’t be the same if John didn’t say anything about the RV landing! 🤣
Hello Tim, Nice to have you back, I have missed you
Thank you very much Colin 👍
Tea and toast again today with a nice pleasant update from Captain Tim the tailwheel palmer
Thank you Barry👍😊

I thought (hoped) I would have been able to get more flights in but it wasn’t to be. Lots happening to keep me busy! 😊

Thanks Dave. Keeping very busy with little chance to fly. Hope there will be more content for you next time. Best wishes to you both. 😊
Missed this earlier, but good to see you are still flying. Hope is well with work in hand!
Still getting in a little flying but never as much as I would like!

Thank you. I will film it for you Allan but I had a simple adaptor lead from the passenger jack plug into the side of the GoPro 4. 😊
Great to see the A Team back in action.
Thanks Chris 👍
Lovely video Tim, even just the one camera is great. Thanks
Thank you Michael! 👍

The rear cam is working well. I hope all your admin is going well.
Thanks Algy. No moving date as yet but all manic here! 😊
@@JodelFlyer I can imagine.
Hi Tim, long time viewer, which led to recently share in a DR1050. Enjoy your downtime and hopefully meet-up at a future event.
Thank you for the support Nigel. Not much flying with all that’s going on but hope you are getting a lot of Jodel flying in 👍

Thank you Neil. Just a quick update for you both. Waiting for moving dates but still lots to do! 😊
We are currently fog bound at the moment. Breakfast with Tim again.. Woohoo. Nice audio set up, I still prefer to see you 😁.
Foggy start to the day here then gusty wind and heavy rain this evening. Not getting much chance to fly anyway! 🙁

Thanks James. Lots happening but I’m afraid it is not much flying though! 😊
Tim, what is the 2:00 limit on Sunday? See you in a month! Cheers

Ahhh - it can be Friday again!!!
For one week anyway Kenny. Hopefully another one at the end of October 😊
TOO MANY COMMERCIALS
