LOL' Yup'...I'm making rolls! I love how she makes us feel, that we can do anything...my anything is making rolls at 2:50 in the morning... Thank you, Heather... Just found the channel this week. Made the rolls today - second time I have ever baked anything other than basic pre-made cookies, and they turned out GREAT!! This recipe is almost identical to my mother's potato bread recipe that she made frequently while I was growing up. The only real difference is that her recipe uses cooked potatoes and made 2 loaves of bread, so the ingredients were doubled. I love the convenience of being able to use potato flakes. I am adding this one to my best-loved recipes list, and I know it will be used often. (Is there anything better than potato bread?) Yum!

Heather my daughter and her daughter made the stuffing bread and the whipped butter for Thanksgiving, they were both DELICIOUS. After the bread was made they brought it into my bed room to smell it, the smell was driving them crazy I told them we needed to taste it they went to the kitchen with big smiles and came back with slices of bread covered with butter it was so amazing. UPDATE: I made the rolls yesterday. I put them in a 9 x 13 baking dish and they were so good. Next time I am going to bake them on the sheet pan like you did. These are the easiest rolls I have ever made. Thank you so much!

Made these. They were wonderful. It took an extra cup of flour at 1/4 c at a time to get the dough to come together. Maybe because my kitchen is always freezing. I only had APF and no potatoes flakes.
Heather your recipe is so easy and delicious. I've altered twice. one with half whole wheat and bread flour... oh so yummy and the other I used the dough to make my annual Runza recipe. They went over way better than store bought dough. Thanks!

Well, you are right on! with the "no ring" when you cook or bake (I am a professional baker/chef and one of the first things our instructor said was "get rid of the jewelry!" basic sanitary reasons!) Nothing! This is totally normal. Your flour may be fresh. The older it gets the dryer. Also your kitchen may be warm or humid. All factor into the flour equation. 🥰
