Good Day Chef. I can't believe that you used Quark cheese, I love it. I was the Garde Manger at a French restaurant and we served Quark with our cured Salmon and quail egg in radicchio nest. Salmon was made with roasted celery and chervil. Salmon tasted good char grilled too. Farmers cheese here in Amish Land Pennsylvania is a sliced semisoft yogurt based cheese. Quark, so cool. It was more the memory of the job and the friends that the Quark brought back. Great French place in Chatham NY. The cheese did it 😀. I wanted to say that b/c i feel like you might have taken it as it was. Im guessing you have tough skin as you probably deal with some crap being so well known and in public eye. I just wanted to say I admire how devoted and motivated you are doing all the cooking and baking you do then to add a cook book too !! I also notice you have a wide range of knowledge on many different cultures and I think thats another admirable quality I wish I had more of but Im thankful to get to experience things through your videos. Anyway I just haven't forgot about that one interaction with you and still felt like I needed to apologize. I find the littlest things (pronunciations) funny ... Do you know, Miss Tatyana? I absolutely love smoked salmon so much, that usually have a best match with cheese or salad in a buffet meal. And this could get even better as a smoked salmon piroshki, not only have smoked salmon and cheese, but also the crispness from the pie.💖🐟🧀 It's important to tie up your hair, before doing/making any flour work.
