Salmon Croquettes

- This old southern favorite is a recipe my grandmother use to make when I was a child. I prepare it with cornmeal and others prefer to fry their croquettes in flour. It is a 15 minute recipe. It can be served for either breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner. In my case, we serve it for breakfast. Enjoy!

Finally someone who use cornmeal. This a how my mom use to make them but no bell peppers instead she used fresh jalapeños. Haven’t had them since she passed in 2003. Cause I couldn’t find any that looked like my moms until now. Thank u so much. Will be making them today.
@koolerdenim6193 So sorry about your mother's passing. My grandmother and mother made them this way with cornmeal. I hope you will make them and show me how they came out!
