Dude. I may have missed it, but you should freeze that Hali before you eat it as I’ve noticed some parasite worms in halibut I’ve caught in the bay. Especially in filets near belly. Great recipe. I’ll have to try it

I have noticed more parasites then previous years or I am getting better at spotting them
