Let us know what crazy things you have seen pastors say or do to get an, "AMEN!" out of the crowd.
I don't like that # either. In the book, Train Up A Child, Michael and Debi Pearl used that # flippantly. When they spoke of a child that kept asking his or her mother something, they said the mother said no to the child 666 times. It is odd that they chose that #, knowing what it stands for, while claiming to be such fundamentalist Christians.
That's a number that stands out to me quite a bit. I saw it the other day on a license plate, just that with nothing else. A thought it was odd that someone would choose to put it on their plate. It strikes me just as odd that someone would choose to use it in the way that Pearls did in their book.
