I often do Mizi upper body workout after my meal so I dont get blowup and it helps my digestion but I had to get rid of some exercises that need back muscle as I always sit and watch BTS shows meanwhile (my 20 minute relaxing time of the day). Now I found this, so great and be thankful for her work.
