  • I go scuba diving in the Florida Keys islands off my liveaboard sailboat a couple miles off of Key Largo in Florida at a place called Dry Rocks Reef and find the Christ of Abyss Statue, Then I sail back to land and find a couple of wrecked boats that ran aground during the last storm at Rodriguez Key anchorage, and finally head to Tavernier to restock on all my supplies before I leave the Florida Keys

I don't think I could play my guitar that well while I was diving... To tell you the truth, when you play your own music it makes everything more real. Bravo!

The lifestyle part is dope. Since you asked, being candid, I'd like to see your boat more livable. Scrubbed and disinfected. Organizing the inside, and outside, making more living space. Make it more colors you like. Lots of ways to improve the boat that don't cost anything. Learning how to coil and make proper knots on the lines when you store them etc. Just the kind of stuff that takes more calories than money. The text you add is a nice touch, a more mature font and less typos maybe. Just take care of yourself and your boat with more calories, plus film it, so we can see you doing stuff. Ok that's it. I wish I had thought to do this when I were your age.
I was wondering, is that an e-bike? You could probably sign up for uber eats or a door-dash thing to make cash anywhere there's a town. Just a thought.

Thanks for the comment, Naa it’s Jst a regular foldable bike but might get an e-bike and try that DoorDash idea out :)

@@OffgridOceanLife I'm going to give you an idea, something I've been wanting to see. Feel free to ignore it.
Someone might want to combine boat life and a cooking show in one. I am the son of a cab driver; I could not boil water at your age. So someone like you would be perfect.
You plan each weekly trip around a local place with a plan to meet with a local chef or cook, to prepare their style food on your boat. It gives your week a purpose. You could take these chefs spear fishing for dinner sometimes. Sometimes they take you to their local butcher for meat. Off to the store to provision. Other boat lifers would learn a ton. Things like that.
It's a whole extra thing to learn. A lot of work. But you would probably make bank. Plus, new patrons would have a reason to donate, for things like better cookstove and the right kind of pots and pans etc. You go online and find local restaurants with local fare and invite their chefs to be on your show. Spend like 10% of each show cooking on your boat some new type food. End each show with a nice dinner party. It would have a context and stability. Some food is awful, some is great, just learn and let it happen. Make sure we learn how to eat better on a boat as you go.
Being candid I still cant believe no one has thought to combine these to ideas. Not one person. Most boat life and van life people eat garbage, it looks bad, and it looks like it tastes bad. Someone might want to make whole thing out of it. To figure out how to make cooking good meals easier in the life.
You would find out pretty quick if you get new subscribers. You would have clean that space though, like disinfect and organize it.
Every potholder you sold, every spice, pan, baking sheet and bbq grill you promoted on Amazon, you would get paid. You would probably get boat and cooking sponsors. The chefs restaurant might donate provisions for the advertising.
The chef spends a minute or two sizing up the cooking space you have, then decide a meal and the next day you both go to it.
I'm too old and I'll be a year or two older when I finally get on my boat, this would be for someone young. Especially if you dont like cooking. That makes it better. I hated cooking at your age.
Anyway. Just something I would tune in for. It would be a blast. You can just ignore this comment for sure. I felt like typing anyway.

@@masewoods8337 not a bad idea, it would take a lot of effort though, I’ll give it some more thought

@@OffgridOceanLife I know, I know. At your age cooking sucks. I got past that much older than you are now. cooking is actually dope. You eat way better for one. It's art and science, both. Once you learn a few things it all starts to make sense.
      Its just unknown to you.
I hope you do it. I was the son of a cab driver, someone is going to make bank combining these two ideas. Should be someone like us. You'd be Anthony Bourdain on a boat.
All the liveaboard cruisers would be following you, IF you had each chef bring something new each week, they would be making comments about how much better they eat now.
      Anyway, up to you.
