I would've cut sheet metal to size of the tailgate then covered with carpet liner so sun doesn't beat down and it has enough grip for setting things down

Love how it’s coming together. Builtrights dash mount is amazing. I’ve taken my F150 down miles of bumpy fire roads here in Florida and my iPad paired with ram mounts iPad mount and the adjustable arm stays put. I gotta try that plasti dip!

I don't know If you'll see this, did you have to use forscan for the trailer brake?
