You should put them in shade when temps get that high or bring them indoors where its cooler and put under grow lights. Always remember when it's too hot, it's better to provide shade than to water them to prevent rot.

Yes, you can use rooting powder. Most succulents take about 3-4 weeks to root. So wag bunutin to check till that time. Bunut lang ng konti para silipin. Pag ayaw na umangat, wag pilitin kase may roots na. 😊
