Do you separate pups from the mother leaf or do you keep them together. I have an echeveria elegant leaf that has at least 5 pups. Please let me know thanks

This violet light is must have? Can i have plants in a normal , sunny light in my room?
I just used the grow light because I don’t have access to natural light, but If you have good access to sunlight that is better.
