[3 minute!] - *MOBILITY* routine for Trail + ULTRA Runners

  • A MOBILITY routine is key for trail and ultra runners--this one is great for warming up before your run. MOBILITY routines help mobilize the joints, wake up your legs, start your run with good form, and expand your movement range.
    In this routine, Nike trail runner and Vert.run coach Francesco Puppi walks you through 3 minutes of exercises. Do this before you head out the door. Enjoy!
    We'll do:
    ✩Back mobility
    ✩Hip mobility (standing)
    ✩Ankle mobility (both ways)
    ✩Knee mobility
    ✩Leg swings
    ✩Leg swings (lateral)
    ✩Hip mobility (hurdles)
    ✩Trunk mobility (spinning arms)
