This was great Claire thanks. Whilst I was watching I could just imagine the conversation in your neighbours house: “she’s in the garden again Mildred, you won’t believe what she’s up to this time, I think it’s some sort of modern dance” 😂😂
I really like this routine. I’m not one for sitting down and doing some yoga to warm up, and have the awful habit of heading straight out the door with out doing anything, always ends with me having an awful run where everything feels tight and ends up sore. Nice one Claire 👍
Bonus piece on a Friday, love it! I've never thought of doing the ankle work, thanks for the idea; will definitely add these pieces in the future. Thank you for the well thought out routine, Konrad
Perfect, i will give this ago on Sunday morning, before the start of HAMELDOWN HAMMER half-marathon, over Dartmoor Hopefully you would have posted a post race cool down by then, lol.
@@wildgingerruns Brilliant, now all I need is the motivation to get up at 4am, drive 140 miles , to an event with very limited parking. Gotta love remote locations.

Wild Ginger Running is that us or the neighbours! 🤣
Really comprehensive warm up. The first part of my run is now confident rather than tentative, Thank you
Excellent!
Nice video. That's one pre-run workout. WildGinger, you're jumping all over the place!

Love-a-duck Claire, that's a workout in itself :-) If I did all that, I'd definitely have to put it on Strava ;-)

Isn’t the both legs together jumping front back and sideways, you’re doing Saturday night by Whigfield or was it the Macarena?
This made me chuckle, it looked like you needed to go pee at the begging by the way you were bobbing about 😂 another top vid, thank you Claire 👍
I would have gone through 5 gardens trying that 😂👍
