    This was great Claire thanks. Whilst I was watching I could just imagine the conversation in your neighbours house: “she’s in the garden again Mildred, you won’t believe what she’s up to this time, I think it’s some sort of modern dance” 😂😂

    I really like this routine. I’m not one for sitting down and doing some yoga to warm up, and have the awful habit of heading straight out the door with out doing anything, always ends with me having an awful run where everything feels tight and ends up sore.

    Perfect, i will give this ago on Sunday morning, before the start of HAMELDOWN HAMMER half-marathon, over Dartmoor
    Hopefully you would have posted a post race cool down by then, lol.

      @@wildgingerruns Brilliant, now all I need is the motivation to get up at 4am, drive 140 miles , to an event with very limited parking. Gotta love remote locations.
