How to Update Viltrox Lens Adapter and Speed Booster (EF-M2 II)

In this video I show how to update the Viltrox Lens adapter 4/3 to EF mount firmware. The process is the same for speed booster. Just connect it to the PC and copy the new firmware from Viltrox website.

when i just bought a similar viltrox EF to L PRO I had the same cable problem even tho they are USB type C I remember I managed to upgrade using another original iPhone c to c cable , now I want to install firmware again to change it to autofocus lenses but the F*kr doesn't wanna read on either windows nor mac... and I lost my iPhone cable ... so frustrating, the female port on the filter wiggles since day onepreventing the usbc to go all the way in

PLEASE HELP ME 😭 my camera freezes and returns to the main screen when using the Viltrox M2 II on my Gh5. and this is done even when I have not yet put the camera lens.
When I remove the Viltrox adapter M2 II from the camera it works correctly.

I’ve tried this multiple times on my iPad Pro and my windows pc and i transfer over the vtx update file. It shows up in my viltrox folder but then doesn’t kick off the update and then “erase” itself. So frustrating.

Hello, how are you? I have a gh6 and I want to mount the sigma 18-35 but then there is someone who said that the electronics of the viltros m2 ii damaged the camera, it started flashing and it turns off when they connect it or connect any electronic lens to it. Turn off, it was a g85, what do you think happened and if I can mount that combo on my camera?
